I think if you stay in the same cabin, you just leave all your stuff as is . . . if you have a different cabin you pack up and take your bags to guest services the morning of disembarkation and they will take it to the next cabin.
Craftymouse, if you read this, help me out with the details, since you did this recently!
I have put in for a request to be in the same cabin, but at this point I am cat 6 GTY for the 5 night Bahamas (and have an actual cat 6 room assignment for the TOAL) so I won't know until much closer to time whether we will have to pack up or not. Are you staying in the same cabin?
I heard that DCL likes to keep people in the same cabin if at all possible. I told them I'd sacrifice and take the Roy for the TOAL, but somehow I don't think they'll upgrade me
