The total hours from the start of the thread til a 5PM embarkation are 13,562.35. We've had 3,321 elapse since last nite at 11:39PM which means 0.2448690676763245307782205886148 of the time has passed already. And conversely 0.7551309323236754692217794113852 remain ahead of us. That's a multiple of approximately 3.0838151159289370671484492622704 times for the time ahead of us as behind. SO we can multiply the number of postings each INDIVIDUAL has currently to ESTIMATE the number of postings each person MIGHT have when we embark.

Thing is ... my FIL pays for these newsletters and financial memberships you and I have never heard of... and his insights and tips gleened are ... VERY INTERESTING. And they are all (mostly) registered and conventional vehicles. Nothing so glam as a ponsi scheme wrapped with the warm handshake and greedy beady eyes of a scammer. Ya do have to be diplomatic when talking to him about such things though.

OK... I gotta go now. K and P-school reg for Chinese school starts in 2 hours - I need to be among the first in line to enroll the kids. TTFN!

I'm back from registering the kids for Chinese School. A lot of people were there this morning... and I was FIRST in line! Anyways... I gotta go for the BD party and swim team sign ups.

AND on the meet... figures I would respond so quickly without realizing the California Adventure hotel was named something else. I thought this meet was going to be in Anaheim! HOWEVER, don't count us out yet. We are interested in maybe doing DCL this year after all since our schuedle has opened up... and we were gonna glance at cruise and air fares which fit our schedules. So - we just might dovetail this in.... but truthfully the odds are remote at this time.

Good morning everyone! It's a hot and muggy day here, of course it's dance recital day! Fun fun, sitting in a HS cafeteria with lots of children! I'm helping back stage and no air! Taking a lot of water this time! The girls did a nice job at rehersal. DD's pom pon class is doing Greased Lighting from Grease. It is so cute. Will try to take some pics. Since I'm helping, I get to stand back stage and watch when dd dances. She's in 3 today.

It was great talking with everyone last night. I really look forward to Friday Night chat. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Hello I am back, had a great time in Majorca, Spain.

On the flight over there we started our decent over Barcelona and it was clear skys, and I could see the port, two cruise ships were in and I am sure one was the Disney Magic.

On arrival in Majorca it was a little overcast, and cooler, but after getting my hire car, we drove up to the private villa, in Pollensa.

I booked a peaceful location and we got that, the villa was up a single track road for about five miles and in fact the very last building before the cliff edge. The road by this time was nothing more than a dirt track.

The weather then became windy and cold for two days but then was back upto 27c to 37c on the beach for the rest of the week.

We toured North West Majorca by car and also went on there local modern trains and then a 1912 train service through the mountains long tunnels etc to Stoller. Great fun and as the weather wasn’t good, a good use of time.

Pollensa also has famous steps some 365 up to a chapel, nice walk!

Later in the week we had quite a lot of beach days as it became very hot, and then went back to the villa to have a swim in our pool.

Food we had breakfast in the villa but for lunch and dinner we went to restaurants.

I presume the cost will be similar to Barcelona a meal would be from euros 9 to a set meal of euros 14 a full meal with soft drinks for a family of four was about 60-70 euros.
