I am actually donating my time ...they have the Cancer Society there and they wanted to use this chance to make a little money ...So they have me taken pictures for a donation ...Of course with 100 percent of the money going to the Cancer Society. I think its for Breast cancer ....So I think ole Captain Jack may do a few exam's himself ..... Just Joking ....

Okay - I did it - I'm booked (and paid) on the Aug. Transatlantic Repo!!!!!

Just me - talk about self-indulgence!! Now I'm going to book my flight to Paris and my train tix to Barcelona.
I am so excited.

Hazel got a call from the school nurse at 12:30 this afternoon, our poor baby is so sick. Hazel was able to get Angelina in to see the doc at 3:30 and came home with three new prescriptions. Angelina's allergies are really BAD this year and I'm not surprised as I usually don't suffer with pollen, but I'm even having trouble as of late. Angelina is in bed and Hazel just left to pick up the new meds. I sure hope they kick in fast, the Gwen Stefani concert is only 4 days away. Please send some extra this way, thanks!!!

So sorry Andy. I hope Angelina feels better real soon!

A lot happening on the July 28th thread and One of the regulars from here has joined us taking my Dis time away from here.

Went to Doctors, Brain Scan is ok, but on tablets to correct the headaches, considered Tension headaches at this time.

Night.

My DD suffers from them & they are not fun at all! Take care!

We're doing great Karen! We have a family member who has just experienced what amounts to total remission on a form of cancer off of one sequence of "targeted" chemo-theraphy. Side effects were minimal and we're just waiting for the next year of scans to confirm that we've licked it. Plus my BIL in Boston (whos' coming on the cruise with us) is going to have a 2nd child come November 2007! So - we're so happy with the news from this past weekend. Plus my spouse is returning home today from a couple days of travel (rare for her to be away 2 days inside of Califnorina). AND... I have successfully shifted the kids into an earlier schedule to sleep and wake up - with improved results on managing the late evening and early morning routine. SO there's less complication and complaining from the critters!

SO hey... it's all looking rosy today from my POV! Now I still got about 10 pages or so to catch up on before I'm temporarily current!

Judy, just make sure that he is in wardrobe before you give him a drink. You know his care and attention to details...well, when he is smashed he can't seem to do that as well. You should know that this was the day that he led the Jeep Tour of Cozumel for the DISers. He arranged for over 30 jeeps to be ready for the group & took them on a tour around the island. Of what you may ask? Well, it wasn't the historical landmarks...it was to the best bars. Several drinks were purchased for him and being the gracious host that he is...he felt obligated to drink them all. He claimed to not know how he ended up back on the ship.

I cant believe you told everyone that ...LOL nah im just playing , but yeah it was a rough night ...by the time I got to dinner I was feeling better ...but yeah I dont remember much about getting back on the ship and I didnt even remember that my brother In law had to help me get my boots on ....such a shame was I ...but again I really couldnt refuse all those drinks being the gracious host that I was , as Lisa so put it ..

Wow! How did it go?? Sure hope you gave the police fair warning.

It was a very tiring but enjoyable morning. This is my 3rd 99c gas promotion with them in a year. We had about 12 off duty officers (police & corrections) that are wonderful to work with.

I wanta be the LION -----I have always loved the sweet lion. I like his tail that he can't quite make go the correct way...........kinda like the Captain's other appendage.......

Oh there are many on my floor that turn the lights off. Problem is #1 you can't read anything, #2 the glare from the screens are really bad. I work a 10 hr shift so the minute I turn the corner at work, up go the lights. I refuse to sit in the dark!!!!

I can't work under the florescent lights - they give me really bad headaches. In my office, I keep the lights off and use a desk lamp.

That Angelina gets to feeling better soon. My "allergies" have really been kicking too! I remember you getting those tickets. I am sure she will be feeling better by then.
