Right before The Guardian came out, in Coast Guard circles it was referred to as Dude Were's My Boat.

Just saw that on Sunday.... More fitting that he was in that movie....:rotfl:

He looks just awful, glad he sleeps alot. Almost time to give him his pills and that's not fun. He pretends to take the one and then he will hide it in his cheek.:rotfl2: I finally figured it out because the side of his face had blue on it from the pill. :rotfl2:

We do the put head back, pill in back of throat, and rub throat till they swallow thing or they'd spit them out too....

Poor puppy :grouphug:

And to bring things full circle, I used to have that on a vinyl 45 !!!

Probably still do if I check my Dad's room of odd stuff left behind by the kids that he just can't part with :lmao:

In your Dad's room? I can go to our cabinet and Cheryl has 6 of the old 45 cases packed full. :hippie: Our son is dying to get his hands on those, he already took all my original Beatles lp's and anything else that was collectible.:hippie: We had a lot of the phycadelic type music:hippie:

Dad's got that clutter disease, can't throw anything out. Has a 5 bedroom house for him and his wife, three of the bedrooms and the basement are floor to ceiling. Even if I wanted to get them, it would be a week of moving stuff out, getting them, then moving it all back in ('cause there's no throwing that stuff away). Plus I would have to put up with his wife that whole time....shudder....

So, yes, I have surrendered my 33's and 45's to the clutter.....

:wave2: "pirate: ", & a big hello to moushouseman! welcome aboard

matey!!!...[ hope your call sign..isn't "tooo true" to life, :earseek: psst
have you find a "cure" for dishpan hands...its for a friend of mine, :rolleyes1 ]

* does this means...your going to fill us in on ..some secrets???
:hippie: ..i'll tell you what i really like about mic " :mickeyjum " ~
mse2003...she doesn't mess around..in telling how she feeling,
not shy in confronting problems, but most of all ...she puts all her heart
in helping others...of course, you already know all of this...& how
good a nurse she would've been...:confused3 does she ever let her
"hair" down?

..like dancing on tables and other a sorta "juicy" behaviors..or was you
funnier....around? popcorn:: ..me also like happy people!

does she ever get.... , and would that include throwing things?

No dishpan hands, tell your friend :rolleyes2 to use gloves!!! Just kidding, if you were to see our house you would know the reason for the mousehouse name.::MickeyMo .

Stories, I could tell you stories that you wouldn't believe:offtopic:
At our daughters bachlerette party 3 yrs. ago she was doing the coyoty ugly, dancing on the bar. For some reason the girls won't show me the pictures. We've been married 39 yrs. in July. but have been together since 1962 jr. in high school. :cheer2: I've seen her drink (in her younger days) guys under the table. Lots of good times, only a few bad.

Yes Cheryl is very opinionated, she will tell you how she feels and does rarely hold back. Sometimes I wish she would. It would be healthier for me.

She usually does not get mad, but when she does, stand back:mad:

But let me tell you you can't find a more dedicated person to her family and good friends. When I had my 1st. heart attack at 41, I was in 3 differant hospitals for 35 days, she never went home, slept in chairs, corners, any where they would let her. 4 yrs. later by-pass surgery 6 days again never went home. :thumbsup2
I could go on and on, but I need to get to work.:wave2:

talk later.

Poor puppy :grouphug:

:thumbsup2 that's what I do but the little stinker still moves his tongue to put it in the side of his cheek.:rotfl2: He still hasn't eaten today. I have been giving him water through a bottle.

These were taken a few min. ago. I hope it's not too much TMI. You don't really see all the stitches on his knee. He looks sooooo sad.:sad1:

Exactly ! Only problem with that is I created him being soooo spoiled.:rotfl2:
I am only able to Dis today because I cancelled everything today to be with him all day. He is right next to me on the floor.

I hear you. Rocky was my DH companion while he was recovering from his operation and going thru Chemo. Of all the pups we've had this is truley his dog. They hang out all day napping and going for short walks. I swear he tells the dog to be afraid of me:lmao: .Spoiled actually wouldn't be the word. When we go away lately we have been leaving him with DS and I tell you, he calls him to see if he is taking care of the dog. Wish I got that much attention:rotfl2:

Oh that is soooo funny. I can't wait to tell DH see honey I am not the only one.:rotfl2: :rotfl2: Dante is the same with me. DH is gone all week in Chicago and only comes home on weekends. ( I am still in NY )
If I go to a store he can't go.............He acts like he hasn't seen me in years ! Follows me all around the house.

You wish DH would leave you with DS and then call??? :lmao: :lmao: kidding....

Its amazing how wonderful and supportive dogs (and other pets) can be when you are going through things.

When we go visiting my in-laws who live in a more "rural" setting (as "rural" as Jersey gets), our 2 DS will walk our dalmatian and the in-laws lab through the woods. There are two neighbor dogs, a rotweiler (sp?) and a horse looking thing thats part doberman part ??? (horse?) that are very friendly and the 4 dogs love playing. But when the 2 DS are walking in the woods and those 2 dogs come over, our dog will chase them back home and not let them anywhere near our 2 DS. Amazing how protective and wonderful she is with them! Great to have pets you love and that love you! (just not looking forward to a few years from now when the 11 year old dalmatian passes....)

Aaawwwwwwww....those eyes are breaking my heart.

Note to self - Playing baseball with kids in back yard instead of DISing means missing the pirate: run

Second note to self - absolutely worth it!!!!

Remember your priorities! :lmao:

I was talking with some neighbors down the street when DS rode up on his bike with something in his hand. :scared: He let it drop...it was a snake skin taller than him!!!! :scared1: He found it outside the garage door. :scared1: :scared: :scared1: It is at least 5 feet long. :sad1: :scared:

:woohoo: Bringing little sister a present!

There's always room for peanut butter and/or chicken......
Even when abby had her blockage "issue", she was refusing dog food but would eat chicken....
I haven't bought any peanut butter since the recall. I use chicken for training him and he will do anything for plain chicken. I will have to wait till DD gets home, I don't want him left alone.

:woohoo: Bringing little sister a present!
Aren't brothers nice that way.:rotfl2:
