Answer above! And the Daleks think they can repopulate themselves being half human, I can hear the ladies in New York bars saying,

'I dont fancy yours much'

Now cant post here but we know the Daleks say EXTERMINATE all the time, just think, do not post, what they would say to repopulate themselves!

If you said Dalek you get 50% of the points as its 50% human, (and that’s American human as this is in New York.

Say...

... all I can say is this is a real EYE OPENER! And I am envious as I have not found a US broadcasting of the new series. Maybe I'm just looking in all the wrong places - or rather, I suspect I've not had enough time lately to search hard enough to find it! At any rate... I'll eventually catch up with it.

As of late though I've been dabbling in preparation for the upcoming 30th anniversery celebration of Sqtar Wars at the Star Wars Convention in a couple of months. I'm getting ready to go with old friends and I've had a slew of other things complicating and filling my days. not the least of which was tax preparation a couple of weeks ago combined with the reduced internet access due to my regular web ride being out for repairs. Of course - that's all behind me now - and my excuses of late are beginning to fade a little... and speaking of fading... I need to slip away and catch a nap. I've been awake watching the Fast and the Furious TOkoyo Slide on HBO in High Def. It's a funky movie that has some pretty cool cars. Back when I was in High School and college I had time and energy to hop up my car a little ... but nothing like the cars they feature in these Fast and Furious movies. SO I get a little kick out of watching - plus I love to watch movies shot on locaton in other countries... such fun... but I am pretty tired and am gonna call it quits and just DVR the flick... doing so hogs a lot of storage capacity - but so be it!

Cheers! and thanks for the Dr Who chuckles Andrew!!

Good nite folks! and... Good Morning to everyone else!!!!

I am sure you will get it soon, we get USA and Australian Dissers asking about DW, and whats going on, all I have to do is post one DW picture on a thread and I will get many questions.

I know Australia is about three months behind, from a Disser there,I think USA will show this later either on yuor own channel's or BBC Americia, particularly as this two parter is set in New York, my guess to help USA sales.

Cananda also contributes to the cost of it, so they will show it soon.

And for Australia the Christmas special will have SPOLIER

Kylie Minogue staring as a sexy cyber woman, half cyber half human to snare the doctor.

I'm going to resist clicking for the spoiler...

Thanks for the encouraging insights though ...

... I was actually hoping for a productive tip on how to see the latest DW season now ...

... short of jetting to the UK to catch live broadcasts!

Oh well... I'll just have to remain patient...

G'nite folks!

Good morning all! :wave2:

Bitten by the spring fever bug...so beautiful the past few days I hate being inside!!! :goodvibes

Hi everyone! We just got back from Hilton Head. In hindsight I wish we didn't bother going. It was nice there, but the driving back & forth was very stressful. Especially on the way down when we hit heavy winds in the Carolinas. I did do quite a bit of the driving & actually most of the driving on the way home. Mike did get a chance to golf, we went on a dolphin cruise, we took a trip to Savannah for the day & ate at Paula Deen's restaurant, & otherwise just hung out at the pool. I never did feel really relaxed though & I think it was worrying about Mike's health & knowing we had to drive back home. Traffic was horrendous through Washington last night & through NY & most of CT today. As much as I hate flying....I've decided I hate driving so much more! :sad2:

Anyway...when it rains it pours. I hate to keep sharing nothing but bad news with you all, but I just got word that my mother suffered another heart attack. She has already had two major heart surgeries & she has emphazema which requires her to be on oxygen at all times. She is refusing treatment & has decided that she does not want to fight anymore. She has not been a happy person for a few years now & I think this is the final straw. My sisters are there with her, but the doctors say that if she is refusing breathing and other treatments, that she is not going to make it. It looks like I might be flying out to Orlando first thing tomorrow morning. I have not been close with my mother for some time now due to long standing issues, but I would not feel right if I did not have a chance to say goodbye. :guilty:

Don't know when I'll have time to catch up here, but I hope everyone is well! :grouphug:
Diane: :grouphug: for you and your family. It's a lot to deal with. Sorry HH wasn't what you were hoping too. I'll keep you in my prayers for all, espcially with your Mom. :grouphug:

Hello, Group!

Just joining in this thread.

I am SO looking forward to the repositioning cruise August, 2008. I am so excited that I do not know if I will make it to the day! :)

Welcome aboard!

Mornin' pirate:s

By the end of the day, I may have rented a house I've never seen before. Nice house, nice area, good school, oh, so conveniently located just one hour from work  . At least it is 5 miles from a rink. Let's face it, we only go to work 5x a week. We're at the rink 7-8 times a week!

May both of you find the peace you need.

I have a silly question; Is anybody, besides myself, worried that they won't be able to get this TOAL paid off in time? :scared:

Hhmm, I'm gonna have to get me one of those nifty job thingies when we move.

Welcome. Thank you for choosing Captain Jack's Reposession Repositioning Thread. Please pull down firmly on the safety bar and keep arms and legs inside the thread at all times.

BTW - do you like :cake:??

Congratulations!

Of course for those of us that are internet acronym challenged, this was a very confusing message. First, I was wondering how your Darn SON-in-law gave birth, you should be calling the record people. Then I started thinking it further and that wouldn't make you an Aunt, rather a Grandmother. Then I realized it was Delightful SISTER-in-law..... yikes. :rotfl2:

Lol It took me awhile to get the acronyms too! I try not to use them that often since I dont know if they are right half the time. Just look at my tag.......I needed that one explained to me.

:cool1:
I don't see where his parents can be completely faulted in this case. He was away at college. When I was at JMU I didn't have constant contact with my parents. I was paying my way thru school so I didn't have a lot of time to socialize between classes & working 40 hours per week. After they turn 18 the doctors can't contact the parents about anything. He was classified as an adult. The system was too messed up to stop him. His English professor tried everything they could to get him help. She couldn't force him to get counseling...noone could. When the judge let him go that was the last chance. They did what they should have. The gun sellers did what they were suppose to. That is part of why it is so hard ... it wasn't a case of noone ever seeing any of the signs of a problem.

If any good comes from this, I hope its a sincere debate about the highlights above.

Blue is my favorite color as well!!! I could never go on that show, "What Not to Wear" I couldn't deal with them throwing away all my blue clothes, even my work clothes are blue!!! That's the advantage of working in the Water Department..........;)

What color are the Sewer Department uniforms?

It appears that everyone else has a real life today! :confused3 I appear to be alone in the posting world here.

My DW and her mom went to see the movie Fracture. It is just the DISDog with me and he's snoring!

I think I'll join him. See you later.

Everyone is just out being fascinated by that bright, yellow, warm ball in the sky.... so unusual here on east coast of late
