8/17/08 Captain Jack's Repossession Repo Cruise to PC thru TPC Part 11

Well that was one of the easiest Ketchups i've done..... only 9 pages...

Hmmm nothing to do until 3pm (I have to go see ST's horse show that the kids worked on during their 3 day camp.)

Wait i have a ST....THat's right
Hmmm it has been kinda quiet around here... Haven't seen her since Wednesday. She stayed overnight at a friend's house (who was also attending horse camp) and i was supposed to pick her up at the farm yesterday but she called me to ask if she could stay over again...

SURE.....

The family who she stayed with has a HUGE house they just moved into a couple months ago. (Wonder if they would take her for the summer; they have enough space)

I just got back from taking my mom to her local library to drop off some hard boiled eggs for the kids Easter Egg Hunt that will be held on Saturday. On our way there I saw a sign on the side of the road and stopped the car to take a pic of it, which I have attached below.

After leaving the library we had to stop and my Uncle Al's place for a few minutes. My Uncle Al lives a mile behind my mom's place. This area was the area that got hit very hard by the tornado on February 2nd. I had my camera with me, but I could not bring myself to take any pics of what I saw. It's been two months since the tornado went through, yet I still had tears coming to my eyes from what I saw a few minutes ago. One of the trailers that was destroyed was the one that my brother Pete and his girlfriend were looking to rent last fall, the family that was living in that trailer are all gone.

Looking at what I just saw, gives me a new appreciation for what I have, it may not be much compared to what others have, but it's mine, and I'm thankful for it!!!

Oh, that is so sad. Your sentiment is great though. It's nice to put things in perspective when we complain about what we don't have.

Now you are blaming me for distorting TIME itself? I've been blamed for instigating a lot of things, but that's a new one.

I've given up on the ketchup. Too much work and I was missing too many posts as the pages moved on me.

My son just started health this term, so we'll see.

My civic is like that... I finally gave up and i just mentally subtract an hour during the fall/winter. The clock is correct now.

I replaced the stock radio in my Civic with a tape deck (remember cassette tapes, anyone?) and that's the only clock. I am not sure if I reset it -- it is really too small to be useful.

The clock on my wife's CR-V went out a few months ago. It isn't the fuse, so maybe it is the bulb. I need to look up how to pry it out without a chisel.

I just got Hazel up, now to get "ST" up and moving, we will be headed to WDW around noon or so. Hopefully, it will be warm enough for a quick swim at POP before it's time to get ready for the mini-meet.

Color me officially jealous.
