Ok..here is what I have. I am not sure of the exact wording until I can call them and find out the number of characters allowed.

I chose Black to appease the Captain and bright green to appease the Disers.

If you think the font is to difficult to read..I can change it to a basic print as well..this font just looked kinda of pirate-y to me!

I read it from the trip report going on ............. here is the excerpt.


Day 1 – 5/10/08

Our shuttle arrived at 10:00 instead of 10:30 like they had told us. We were ready to go and arrived at the port at 10:10. There didn’t seem to be too many people there yet but they were just opening the gates for us to go inside. Last time we had been dropped off right up at the curb. This time, the gates were shut and you had to walk through them to get up to the terminal. We tipped a porter $15 for 8 bags and proceeded through security. My roll of quarters were opened from their bag, as I guess it screws with their screening system or something.

We checked in and got boarding pass 5. I had done online check-in and we received our KTTW cards and lanyards for returning cruisers. I found our bracelets, lanyards and mini-navigators. Lots of lime green running around the terminal. I also got a pager for the kids club.

Just a quick posting as I am on my sister's computer. I will be away for a few days as hubbie and oldest son are redoing the hardwood floor in the living room and I am extremely sensitive to the smells. But I had to post to say that we are now

PIF!!!!
So I will be able to join in with all the frustration on Sunday night!

Thank you very much for contacting us about your future cruise onboard the Disney Magic! We would be very interested in utilizing your services for Sunday & Daily masses for our Guests.

In order to move forward, would you please provide us with a letter from your Bishop ensuring that you are in good standing, so that we can proceed with planning your services? That can be faxed to me at 407-566-3656, or mailed to me at the following address:

As far as Mass supplies, we ask that you do provide them, but we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of these supplies once you are onboard. I will go over those details as we get closer to the sailing date.

In the meantime, please let me know if you have any other questions.

I emailed them a copy of my certification of good standing -- I needed that in order to say Mass while leading a pilgrimage in Europe last fall -- and we should be on the way.

I told them that I would be happy to supply the Mass supplies in exchange for them supplying the microphone and tech. We'll see what happens! :)

I wish DCL did videos of the cruise like other cruise lines that you can purchase at the end of the week. Those are really neat especially when you are with a lot of people. They show highlights of everything that went on all throughout the cruise

Was your letter from Dorothy?

I am very surprised they offered to reimburse you for Mass supplies, since they originally wanted to charge us for a microphone. That is what leads me to believe they do not know our requests are one in the same (for Sundays).

Lisa may BE the corpse.

If she dies before TOAL, her brother has been instructed to bring her dead body onboard. In which case, M will use it to reserve a deck chair.

***This post in no way implies we wish harm to Lisa. We hope very much, she has a pulse when we sail :) ***

Mine was from Dana Brady, Cruise Line Entertainment. I had put in an email to them more than two months ago and they just got back to me. She seems to have a more thorough handle on things. Maybe you should email Dorothy to tell her that Dana is arranging things?

And, in response to your first question, no, I didn't sleep very well last night. That was why some of my postings were at 2:00 a.m. or so.

Heck, I'm thinking of setting my alarm for the middle of the night anyway. That might be the only way to keep up with this thread! And, it will give practice for being up for our 90 day ressie window next week. :thumbsup2
