I would do the excursions first. After all you guys have pretty much first pick. Palo always holds back some spots for the onboard bookings.

This sounds good! I'm gonna try to get in to see IRONMAN tomorrow to add my 2 bits to the 75-100 million they predict this flick will rake in over the weekend.

I'm doing Palo first, then excursions, then spa. We can live w/o the spa....or anyway, it's the lesser of three must-haves!!

I think I am doing Palo, spa (I really want a manicure for my VR) and then excursions....

I am limited on the times/dates for the mani so I am going for that..DH wants a masage but that's AFTER the excursion booking...not on the top of the list!

I'm so nervous...you would think I was in a contest for a million dollars...this is like when we booked the cruise!! Will I get a room..won't I?

How was JPL??

It was a tremendous event. And it was a bit crowded... with a few pushy people who cut in line too... in one case I reminded the offending party that there WAS a line stretching way behind us....and in another case Alicia suggested I let it go. Aside from that the weather was quite nice and we hit it off good cuz the parking guide near where we parked walked over to offer a shuttle service to ease getting our kids driven right up to the entrance. WHat a convenience! I gave him and our driver a Coke (mine) and a vitamin water botle since I noted they had nothing to drink handy.

Aside from that - the exhibits and opportunity to chat with folks behind the projects was really interesting. I got some free posters, 3d glasses and we got our photo taken in 3d. And the operator of the 3d camera recognized me! She goes Tom.... you're such a ham (with my out stretched arms) and I then noticed she was the ex-girlfriend of one of oldest friends. We swapped hugs and emails - then I invited her to consider sailing with us on one of our next two cruises. I cautioned the Disney one is near sold out - and may have space at top dollar - and the other one I just started working on for January 09 was wide open at this time.

She was a real surprise to run into. About 20 years ago she started at JPL... and obviously she's still there!

I'll try to upload a few photos later when I get home. I better get back to the Lego store though.

Didn't you say you still needed a Cat 4 stateroom for the "crawl" ??
