oh, I'm jealous that you have a guest bedroom...this will be my livingroom soon! I'm holding out until I have to.

And also to help keep youngest DS from slipping things in his suitcase. He'd bring 1/2 his room if I didn't watch closely!

I think they're High School Musical kids. :confused3

I just checked with my teens and tween and they are NOT in High School Musical.

My girls saw them in concert recently as they opened for Hannah Montana here in Milwaukee!

I asked them who they were and they said that they sing some popular songs like "Like whoa", "Potential Break Up Song", "When Chemicals React" and they act in some Disney Channel Movies.

I am kind of disappointed that JF will not be on.

Same here!!

My kids would be thrilled if they were onboard
One of them, I think Aly, was on the Disney show Phil of the Future. AJ is her sister. If you saw the movie Cow Bells they were in that
I am not saying a word to the kids though. If they really will be onboard it will just be a big suprise

Okay..I'm totally clueless now! :confused3

I agree! OMG there is no way I could wait that long to pack. I'm usually packed way before now except a few things to add here and there. I can see my DH packing a few minutes before leaving though. LOL

As for the fridge....no...they don't get cold enough to freeze anything. Even the larger ones in the handicap rooms and suites don't.

OK That's what I needed to know. Blue ice is out then! Thanks!

There should be pages like this:

Yep that's what ours look like... Totally skipping Monday. Guess no one proofread before printing?

Maybe because of this?
"Guests are required to walk across approximatley 2,000 yards of uneven and uphill terrain"
It is also listed as an 'active' tour

Also maybe because it is a 4.5 hour tour most of which will consist of walking and standing, and I am sure that that it will be HOT

Hmmm I think we did worse than that in Japan when I was 5mo pregnant... We did Tokyo Disney and a whirlwind tour of Tokyo in a week... And it was so HOT when we went, I was constantly drinking Aquarius (whatever that was). 2000 yards isn't really that far.

My camera decided it needed to get ready for the TOAL and get it's Disney Cruise Formal outfit on:-

My pics will now all be in focus and exactly composed :rotfl:

Thanks, Tom but the ones I was looking for was from a few months prior to this set. Roger posted a bunch of stuff on humidity and cameras.

Wendy I can not find it either. My thoughts are to put my camera in one of my underwater bags when going outside until it warms up therefore theoretically reducing condensation. Does this require a science warning. :scared1:

Who are Ally and AJ?:confused3

I've been listening to Flo Rida all weekend.:dancer:

WooHooo!! They are from Thousand Oaks and go to our church. We see them every once in a while. I think that they are still in high school so not much on concert tour. We saw them at DL a couple of years ago.

Is anyone here staying on the ship in Cartagena because of safety concerns? We are scheduled for the city walking tour, but I was just on the Dept. of State's website and Colombia is still listed as one of the countries they don't recommend that you travel to and a new warning was issued in Feb. 2008. I want to get off the ship to add one more place to my been there list :), but I'm worried. I was also puzzled by why our tour says not recommended for women who are expecting.

We'll be in line for the Mr. Emerald Tour. Kevin is really looking forward to this stop.

I am Back!!!!

Thanks for all your prayers for DS. I never said but he was in the ER the same time with my DGD(when she was admitted for Salmonella) 3 weeks ago.:sad2: Since John had heart attack at 41.... my DS thought he was having one and with all the history....the doctors were worried too!!. It took 3 weeks in Michigan to schedule a Heart Scan non-invasive angiogram. His results were not good so left for Michigan by train. :scared: He had angiogram on Thursday. The great news is he takes after me and has good genes as far as heart problems. :yay: :yay: Doctors think he had a blood clot that went to his lungs that caused severe chest pains or he had a virus!!:rolleyes1

I'm glad to hear everything turned out alright!!! :yay:

Just browsing google and stumbled across these bento boxes - aren't they amazing! Too good to eat!

Wow the work that has gone into these...

I love the idea of Bento BUT, there is no way I'm spending that kind of time making lunches for all of us! :rotfl2: Although the Mickey ones sure are cute.....

Gosh I feel like such a snitch! :rotfl: Anyway, got some bad news for some of you. It seems that our resident live-in-celebrity will not be joining our pirate: group on the crossing. Seems Disney did the demographics and the common age is tweeners.

So, they did not "ask" our resident celebrity to join us. Instead, they will be kicking him off come tomorrow. :rotfl2: That just sounds so weird. They did announce who would be on here right? Ally & A.J. God, please don't let it be HM. NOT A RUMOR FOLKS, just a hope. However, this Ally & A.J. came from the resident's spouse.

I have a couple of kids that would be thrilled -- I am pretty sure they rank on the *hotness* scale for 10ds.... ;)

As of today, I am officially a MOST (Mom of stinky teen).

Collection for the soldiers in Iraq was a BIG success! Boy do we have a box to send! :goodvibes All of the kids and parents were so supportive of it, and several of them said they want to do the same kind of thing for their next birthday. :thumbsup2

I'm glad he had a great b-day!

And we have "Cowboys and Indians" all over the place!

:rotfl: :rotfl:

:rotfl2: We can't pack too much yet...we need to wear our clothes! LOL! At least 10ds & I do! The others have way more clothes then we do!

WOW!!!!
I think it was the fact that I could do whatever I wanted yesterday on my birthday, so I Dissed most of the day and sat outside on my deck with some friends drinking yummy wine. The weather was perfect and we have hundreds and hundreds of fireflies in the yard. :) Happy day!!!

The food was cooked for me and DH and the kids kept the house cleaned. The only bummer was that no one did the laundry...oh well, I am an expert at it anyway! :laundy: :laundy:

Try really hard not to have too many pages as I won't be able to get back on until late this evening as we are having Christmas in July with my in-laws this afternoon!

Oh, and I did get frustrating news yesterday, I booked a trip for all of us and my in-laws for a 10 day trip to WDW for Thanksgiving and with the airlines struggles, they CANCELLED our flights to Orlando, to rebook would be an extra $500 PER PERSON. We simply can't afford that for 9 people so we now get the excitement of trying to figure out a new vacation plan. It is kind of an exciting opportunity. Disappointing though as my in laws have never been and they were going for their first time. :(

Oh well, if anyone has any ideas...feel free to throw them out. We have taken them on DCL and to Mexico already. TIA! :)

I'm glad you had a good B-day yesterday!!! Have a fun *Christmas* today!! And I can't believe about your flight!!! AACCKKK!!! That is ALOT of money!!!!

Joan1 -- I like the last skirt the best. :) It's all *flowy*.

That is really cool, I hope that they do come. All this kids would just think it's awesome, Me too... :)

Have a great day..

I just started yesterday with DDs clothes... I'm known for last minute packing! I'm also known for forgetting important stuff - like a hair brush! I can't pack till the day we leave because I have to see everything piled up at once so that I know I am not forgetting anything or packing too much. Also I don't have many clothes, so I do laundry the day we leave (or the day before if we leave early) and pack then.

However, I've changed a bit because I'm so afraid I would forget something of DD's... Like her feeding supplies that we can't get anywhere... Or diapers (EEK). I haven't yet forgotten anything of hers, but don't want to start now!

We have no kids,so I have no idea who they are. Never seen HSM,don't watch Disney Channel much. Guess I'm outta the loop.

My boys have their CD - they'll be pretty excited if they are on the cruise.

If you like the old style, fun, musicals you will like HSM! I really enjoy fun movies like that.
And the songs are catchy!

10ds wants to be Ryan in the movie since he has so many hats........

I'm glad he had a great b-day!

Thanks so much Steph! :goodvibes His b-day is actually today, and so far, so good! I am taking him shopping in a little while to pick out a new Wii game. I think he is going to get the new Indiana Jones game. He also got the new Aerosmith Guitar Hero, so we will have to try that out later.

So funny you should say that.....I was watching the HSM audition show "Get in the Picture" with ds, and asked him which character he would play if he could be in it....he also said Ryan. He thinks Troy is "plastic".
