If anyone has a Belk near them, they were having an amazing sale. I got DH two pair of Columbia shorts, pair of linen pants, pair of khakis, two shirts, Tommy Bahama silk sweater, two Gund teddy bears, two pairs of baby shoes for friends and a few other little rattles for $94! I was shocked when it all rang up. My bag was huge!! Unfortunately, I didn't find much for myself.

Hi everyone .. My turn to ask for some prayers. My sister had to take my Mom to Emerg early this morning ... Turns out she needs to have her Gall Bladder removed. They are keeping her in and hope to have it removed Wednesday or Thursday. She is on Coumadin (DVT history) and has to be weaned off it first. My younger brother has Down's Syndrome, so he will be coming up to stay with me while Mom is in the Hospital. Kirstyn is at home, so she will be able to stay with him while I am at work. I'll know more about her condition tonight when I go see her. Please keep her in your thoughts. Thanks.

I left for WM to pick up another piece of luggage so the kids can each have their own bag this time and checked the mail before we left and it was all I could do not to come back inside and post!!! Instead DD and I pulled off to the side of the road and opened the package and looked at them.

Right. And the deck 2 plan will have some changes, so don't save that sample that I posted. I had 2 more GTY's that were assigned to deck 2, and one pirate family moving to another deck (congrats on getting the non-existant room Terri!)

I'm giving people through this weekend to sign up for the roster and get me their room numbers. Once they're all done, I'll get together with M and Pamela to find out where they're going to post the Pirate Navigator for downloading and printing, so we can keep it all together in one place. And we'll be sure to let y'all know where it is!

They are actually bermuda shorts, so almost as long as capris. All the videos I've seen of various zip lines, everyone is wearing shorts. I was originally going to wear capris, but then realized that I wouldn't want anything to happen to the ones I'm bringing. I found an inexpensive pair of bermuda shorts made out of board short material. I figured if I sweat (or get too scared on the zip ) they will dry quickly. And since they were only $7 (Walmart) I wouldn't care if they got ripped or overly dirty or something.

SO - I bought 2 things off ebay tonite - I got some BOSE in-ear head phones for about $30 shipped and I got ANOTHER battery for my DVD Camcorder. Cheryl...tell your husband something happened to the first battery I bought for $18... or so .... so I am trying another one that looks exactly like the ones sold at best buy and are NOT sony... I paid $20 +$6 shipping from a seller in Florida. Hopefully it will work - otherwise I'll be buying a real SONY battery soon.

I finally feel like I have accomplished something this week. This weekend I have booked rental cars in CA and FL, booked our hotel stay in FL the night we get off the ship, and booked Super Shuttle for CA to our hotel. Now I can focus on finishing the FE goodies and looking into the ports a bit more...of course there will always be packing but at least we have places to go and ways to get there for the entire trip now.

Can you help organize me!!! This is the first vaction I have just a room full of stuff and the piles just keep growing. My FE I have beening working on just to batch together by floors and that is not done yet either. So liitle time and so much to do!!

There will (of course) be a pictoral of every deck with the FE cabins in green and non-FE pirates in blue . . . compiled by our wonderful Mike . . . he was just showing deck 2 as he started working on them.

As for the buses, I see Wendy answered later, but we have 4 buses, and will be sure that the buses are not too full to hold everyone's luggage.

I have a 22 month old and a 3 (almost 4) year old, as well as an 8 and a 10 year old. So...we're trying to do some fun things, in addition to some educational excursions. Right now we're planning on the Harbor Cruise & Scenic Drive in Cabo, Dolphin Encounter at Sealife Park in PV (on our own)...the nice thing about this one is that kids as young as 1 can participate and kids under 5, I think, are free with their parents...plus there is a water park which is included with your Dolphin Encounter price, in Acapulco we are booked for the Cliff Divers but I really think we're going to cancel and join the walking tour to the Fort, Deluxe Cartagena & Fortress with Folklore Show, and De Palm Island Beach Getaway in Aruba.

Bummer start to the week - DS9 woke up sick this morning (headache, upset stomach, no fever). He was supposed to go over to Fermilab this morning for the first day of a class called "noodlin with Newton". It is 2 hours per day for 3 days. I don't know yet if the days build on each other or not.

I'm letting him rest for now, but in a while I'm going to drag him into the office with me (plus of working for the family business) since I have a lot to get done there. Hopefully, he'll feel better by this evening for his swimming lesson.

Sorry to hear that.

Trevoy is sick too. Unfortunately it's more than an upset stomach. He's leaking at both ends. He's still in bed. Trying to get him to sleep as much as possible.

He's missing a day of summer school. They really frown upon missing any days since it's such a short time. This is the last week though and he's been doing well, so hopefully this won't hurt him.

What do you think the odds are that I can get on the Canyon Canopy Adventure on the ship since I am solo?
