Lord, please tell me why the multi-quotes aren't working here anymore? sigh........ so annoying. The same quote (which I quoted yesterday and already posted with it) keeps showing up and NONE of the other ones I clicked the button to multi-quote are showing up at all. sigh.......
I had the the other house decorated by an Interior Designer (Ethan Allen) just a year before dh decided we needed to move.......

It was the first time that I had done that. It is going to take a while before this house is completely decorated........ And most of that furniture doesn't work in this house......
If we ever finish getting everything out of the other house we can sell it and then I can have this house decorated! LOL!
I'm surprised she forgot anything..... The cabin shoud have been empty as soon as the girls packed their stuff. So, you would think everything would be easy to find.
At least that is how it's been when Samantha has gone to camp.
I'm thinking about taking the kids to Hawaiina Falls either this week or next.... Or y'all can come over to our house for the day. Does Rita like to play dolls? That is Claire's favorite thing to play! LOL!
Brian ripsticks & plays video games with friends.
We have done little to nothing all summer. After this past year we have needed the break! LOL! It has still been a difficult summer because Samantha has been gone most of the time. None of us are use to that! I'm just glad that she doesn't want to go away to college! LOL! Otherwise we would be in a world of hurt around here!
I need an interior decorator. LOL
I've just never been good at that type of thing. I have no fashion sense either. sigh.......
You'd be surprised she forgot stuff because like you said it should be obvious it's still ther but I'M not surprised because I know my daughter. Who KNOWS where she put those things- she tosses everything everywhere all the time so who knows. She could have tossed it near or in the trash or someone else suitcase. They might find her bras or socks stuffed under the mattress. There is no telling with this girl LOL EVERY SINGLE NIGHT she has to spend like an hour cleaning her room just because of the clothes, dishes, trash, etc. that she just tosses on the floor. Extreme laziness. I used to not make her clean every night and within 2 days her room would be a disaster area -bigtime. I've just recently started this every night thing THINKING that eventually she'll get tired of it and stop tossing everything everywhere so she doesn't have to clean it up every day- but so far my plan isn't working. LOL
Either way (HF or your house) is fine. I only offered coming to your house since it's such a far drive and you came here last time-- I hope it didn't come across as inviting myself though. LOL
Rita loves dolls...did you not see all her dolls and dollhouses all over her room? hehe You probably didn't really get a GOOD look at it. She has so many dolls and doll clothes and even doll HOUSES that it's hard to really get her room cleaned up (even if I'm trying to do it myself!) because she has too much. LOL (it's not that she's spoiled- atleast half of it is "inherited" from her big sister LOL)
Everytime she has a friend over or to spend the night ALL they do is swim, play dolls, swim again, play dolls again, supposed to be going to bed- but find them playing dolls again. Are you kidding me does she like dolls? LOL Get this- just tonight we were talking about the vacation coming up soon and how I need to start packing. Rita comes to the family room about 5min later with her little princess rolling suitcase and said she's got her dolls already packed for the trip. Poor dear....... I had to be the bearer of bad news that I'm NOT taking an entire suitcase of dolls with us on this vacation. To say she wasn't pleased with me after that is an understatement. Pout city after that. LOL
I don't know what ripsticks are- but Robert probably does. He does love to play games... seriously. All we have are nintendo and super nintendo (LOL they are the ones Jeff and I had before they were born and I've somehow eluded buying the new things as they came out- just gameboys but not the various console games that have come out thru the years) BUT...... huge BUT.... Robert is constantly bothering me for them. For the past two years it's been can I have an xbox this, can I have an xbox that... and now it's the Wi- everyone else has a Wi how come we can't have a Wi. Can I have a Wi for christmas, etc. (and I just don't want to do it because it's so expensive and you have to keep buying more and more of the expensive games!) So yeah, he loves to play games. He "deals" with only having nintendo and super nintendo and gameboy DS or whatever the latest ones are that we bought them awhile back...... and playing games on the computer. He can probably name atleast 20 websites he plays games on. LOL I think the boys would get along great.
They do want to go back to Hawaiian Falls though. and we are going to go atleast one more time this summer because I already bought the family pack while it was on sale with a discount. We need to get another go at Hawaiian Falls and a trip to Six Flags (cause the kids have the free tickets from the 6hr reading club- so we end up going once a summer because of that. I hate Six Flags now... I'm so spoiled with Disney now LOL) and my sister's baby shower and my birthday and...... a few get togethers/swim parties/cookouts at my house AND maybe cram in a camping weekend- all before Aug 4th when Ruby starts 3 a day practices for band camp then leaving on the 11th for our TOAL. So much to do- so I reckon we need to cram in the trip to Hawaiian Falls sometime soon. LOL
I know the kids would really enjoy going with your kids. Is Samantha gonna be home sometime before aug 4th? It would be okay if she's not there but if we went to HF with her there- that would be perfect... each of my kids with each of your kids. KWiM? LOL
But Ruby is okay if not. Last time we went with my sister and her kids- Ruby was mostly off by herself all day anyway because my oldest niece is a few years younger than her and just didn't seem to be in the mood to ride slides and wanted to hang with us (me and my pregnant sister) in the wave pool and lazy river and lay out tanning all day. So Ruby ran off mostly by herself and made some friends of her own -kids she'll never see again. LOL So she'd be fine if Samantha wasn't there- does Samantha even like to go to water parks? Anyway just curious when she'll be back.
I know what you mean about her being gone though. Ruby was gone just from Monday thru Saturday for church camp (and she's not going to 2wk girl scout camp this year) and it seemed like forever... can't imagine if she was gone most of the summer!
Is she gonna go to college close by or not at all? You probably mean somewhere close so she can still live at home right?
