Brendan would be happy to sleep in the pool all night!:lmao:

Chrissie

His pirate name would have to be Brendan the Prune!

HoJo Rates...did you guys get a group rate?? Or did you just book early enough to get really good rates??

PM me please!!

Thanks

Welllll....not to rehash water under the bridge and spilt milk and whatnot...that's kinda a trick question....

Someone on this thread called HoJos and told them they were making reservations for a pre-cruise stay. The HoJo person said something to the effect "Oh, are you with the discussion board?" So that person (can't remember who at this point - it was 15-16 months ago!) said "Yeah," thinking Dis. They got a great rate, posted something on here...many folks called and got the same rate. Turns out a different discussion board group had set up a group rate. Most of us didn't know this when we booked.

So between booking 16 months out and a mystery group rate, many of us got a deal.

Tom, I know you had responded to a post from a week or so ago about Eagle Scouts. I'm currently trying to hire someone and have received 5 resumes this week from individuals with Eagle Scout on their resume!! Out of 10 resumes (they are filtered by HR first), 5 are Eagle scouts. Impressive.

Oh behalf of Coral, Lisa, and myself...any Gold Awards??
:)

Guess what guess what.. We have a room assignment..
drum roll please...........:woohoo: :yay: :dance3:

Do we have neighbors??? i can lend my life boat to who ever may need it...

Now who has that list of people we have to PM to change from GTY to ROOM#??

They said our tkts should be sent out next week possibly:cheer2: :goodvibes

I have to run in 1 hr and its 92* on my car.. 89.9 here YIKES!!!:scared1:

Finally got the cabin assignment!! The internet was down at work all day and it was torture waiting. We're in 1038. I have to say I'm disappointed that we got a cabin on deck 1. I wasn't expecting an upgrade (well, it would have been nice to go from a Cat 9 to something higher) but I was really hoping for the Deck 2 cabin. But happy to finally have a cabin assigned.

Congrats on all room assignments, I am down on the same deck, but Port aft, so a long way away, as you are starboard bow.

Sorry that you didn't get on deck 2 like you wanted but congrats on getting an assignment.

Quick drive by posting - I'm way behind with being away at my Niece's wedding, but we're out of the lifeboats.......:cool1: Our cabin # is::dance3: 5510:dance3:

Not an upgrade but I can live with it. My counter is under 30 - 5 weeks today we leave for DL.  I'm just a bit excited - okay a whole lot excited.....

We had the secret portholes last time so we love this location for the elevators.. and the decrease noise and traffic too!!

Yes that is good for your requirements, I like Midship to aft, as its easy acess to Topsiders fro breakfast, the pools, the soda station for a late night drink, and Goofys and Plutos.

Gone back to PORT for this cruise , last three cruises was Starboard, I requesed this as I did S/Board last time for Panama.

I'm not terribly happy about it.

I had requested more mid-ship and port side of the ship.

Instead I'm very close to the back and on the starboard side.

Which means, more than likely, I get to watch a lot of water go by on my veranda instead of a lot of land as we sail south around Mexico.

Oh well . . . at least I finally know where I am going to be.

Now I can finalize my registration by filling in my room number.

Thats not so bad there, its a nice location, easy access to Topsiders but you have staterooms above and below so no noise issues, Starboard should have the Panama viwing gallery and Panama railway to view as we go through the canal. In a lot of ports they use the AFT doors to allow you to embark and disembark, so easy access for that as well.

We are practically neighbors in 5502. :) We somehow got the room the day we booked but haven't known a neighbor all this time.

Yeah us! The number is.....

6016

That is the same deck we were on last time. Now we are officially on the boat!  :dance3:
