I'm not into the yoga or step stuff.... but I like the balance activities, some of the strength exercises are pretty good... I like the advanced ski slalom, snowboarding, and soccer heading....

That is what Bruce likes to do too... I LOVE the step stuff. FUN!!!!!!!!! And the Hulla Hooping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
