Still no cruise docs here.

We got our cruise docs today !!!! They were delivered by UPS and were in the front door when I got home from berry picking. How weird that some of them are delivered by Fed Ex and others by UPS .

Ok panic is now starting to set in.

We need 1 new duffel bag for this trip.
We need to do a lot of fish extender shopping
We need to figure out what we are doing regarding door magnets
I have a ton of work for existing clients and now, 2 new clients, to figure out before we leave in less than 3 weeks.
We need a plan for our post-cruise time

For that last one, I want to ask my california based friends for some advice. We want to do something that is touristy hollywood that our girls would enjoy. I think I've mentioned I used to live in Southern California but i never did the hollywood/tv studios/stars home tour kinds of things. Any advice would be most welcome.

I know how you are feeling. My stomach is acting funny every since someone mention the 3 week mark or one month, I cannot find that post. However, this wired feeling is keeping my sprits up (does this make sense?), I guess.

Don't work too hard, Jeff, and everybody else.
"Work" includes actual "work", thinking about the cruise, planning, going shopping, preparing, packing, crafting, and so on.

Festus, I have noticed, but you have not signed up for the FE exchange? Any reason?

Ayumi,
Yes, it's a little smoky here, mostly in the evenings, but nothing compared to what we've had in the foothills for 3 weeks now - we couldn't see across the street and the kids couldn't play outside it was so bad there. Here, the sky is actually blue! Glad to hear it's getting better in the South Bay.

No docs here yet either. I really thought I would come home to them tonight. I hope they were shipped FedEx. At least they do Saturday deliveries so I can hope for tomorrow.

But the good news is that my son passed his level 4 swiming class today! Yay!

P.S. Jeff, if you want to add my kids names to the FE list they are Noah (DS7) and Jaden (DS4). Don't know why I was leary to add them at first.

I loved a name Noah ever since 90210 (you might be younger generation and don't know him) . Is he going to be a 2nd grader this fall?, because my DS6 Matthew is, too!! Good job for him passing the test. Jaden, such a gorgeous name.

Welcome KAZU and congrats to all of you that recieved their docs I still have a little shopping to do and I have a pile growing bigger and bigger everyday I hope it all fits in my luggage. We are going to try and stick to the one bag each hopefully my toddler that is a lap child on the plane can have a bag too. I will have to call the airline and double check I don't want any surprises.
I can't believe we leave in 21 days to go to Cali. It is getting so exciting. to all of you especially those without docs!

I loved 90210, but I did have to google it to refresh my memory. I didn't remember the character, but after seeing the photo of the actor, I do recognize him.

And yes, he will be in second grade come September. Ironically, one of his close friends is named Matthew.

I was just on a trip report thread and saw the posts about checking in for the cruise at the GC. I posted there.... but then thought maybe you knew since I saw you posted there too. Do you know if anyone can do this or did we need to book our extra park days with Disney??? We are using DVC points for our stay at the DLH.

Also, I noticed you said that you were doing a transfer using Disney. How did you arrange that? Call me crazy but I am not interested in getting to the port extra early. We were planning to get their about 12:30 or so. Does Disney have times to choose from?

Thanks for your help! Just double thinkin' all our plans to make them good and easy!
