Have a lovely quiet day Mandy.

I'm not sure yet what I'm doing today.

My demonically possessed kitten woke me up again this morning.

Every morning around 8am she tears around like crazy on my bed. I swear she is either possessed by demons or chasing them away form me

I just wish she would do it later in the morning, cause at 8am I still like to be sleeping

A few pictures for you from last weekends competition.

This is our camp set up for Thursday night. We usually travel with another couple and it was just our two trailers that were out there on that night.

It was so very nice and peaceful.

By Saturday morning we had lots of company in our little paradise. It was still quite peaceful, even with all of the extra neighbours that we acquired.

A well deserved rest at the end of the flying day. I didn't realize that the awning of our trailer looked quite so "drunk" when I put it up Next time I'll have to try to make it a little more even.

And just because they are so cute........ Mischief and Duster.

Thank goodness it's nearly the weekend

Have you got any plans for the weekend ? Paul & I are going to Birmingham tomorrow for the night, so hopefully we'll do a bit of shopping, have a nice meal and drink lots of White Zinfandel

Robin - Have you got a plane competition this weekend ? Your photos are great, your cats are so cute

Betsy - Did you have your lunch day yesterday ? I hope you had a nice day

Kelly - Where are you ? I hope everyone is OK

No airplane competitions for us this weekend.

I'm not sure yet what I'm going to do, maybe help my mom to do some work at her house.

She still is having some trouble with her arm that she broke and she wants to do some cleaning up, so I'll probably be doing some of that with her.

Other than that, it will be, wait and see what presents itself

The pictures are great!...The new RV, is very spiffy...We havent used ours this year ..we have a break problem..and befor that we were just to busy with the WDW trip...Im hoping to get out in it by Aug...though, if all goes well...

I have been soooooobusy lately...Im so sorry I havent gotten to my part 2 of the TR..I will....ASAP..

I have not been doing so well in the weightloss area ...I had a BBQ, for my DGF on Friday night, and then another one for another couple of friends on Sat....and then we went out with the girls yesterday to Ihop..Minus Julia, and Victoris....Julia had to work..(shes liking her job, but shes not to happy about having to work on Sundays),and no Victoria, as she got sick part way through the day so we took her home...as of last night though, when we dropped off the others ...she is fine. She says)
and then tonight we go out to Red Lobster, with my DB&SIL...
Im never gonna lose weight this way!

No plan during the day today....Im going to clean house and do laundry......FUN.....FUN AND in between, Ill work on the captions for the part 2 pictures....

It looks like its going to be nice though.....

Morning everyone.

Betsy, we've had plenty of problems with our trailer already and we've only taken it out a few times.

Of course, we have the fridge recall that we still have to deal with.

We've had the kitchen sink out of action since right after our very first trip. The drainage hose had a huge crack in it and it needs to be fixed. Rick is trying to fix it but he's quite well shall we say "anal" about things and he can't come up with a good way to fix it with a minimum of trouble so it isn't fixed yet.

I've been doing the dishes in a dishpan since then

We've had one of the sliding doors inside fall off the track, the glass in the outside door slipped down and left a big gap open in the door, a pin in one of the slide outs broke and the slide out wouldn't work.

Those things have been fixed but it always seems to be something.

I have decided to try and lose a few pounds because I'm like you Betsy. I've been letting that slip a bit lately too. I've not really gained a lot but I need to stop it now.

Also didn't really get down to where I should have the first time around and could stand to lose another 20 pounds are so.

It's very hard though

Kelly, whatcha been doing? We've missed you around here.

Mandy, how's the weather today.

Betsy, I can’t wait to check out your trip report! Sounds like you all had a lot of fun!

Robin, thanks for posting the pics of the competition. My grandfather loved his airplanes and looking at the pics remind me of him sooo much! Boy, little Duster has grown up fast!!

Again… I’ve been a busy, little bee at the office! I have an accounting coach from a consulting firm that’s giving me homework as well as additional work at the office to tidy up our accounts!

She’s very nice but I didn’t think I’d ever have homework again!

It was one of the best trips ever ...dispite the crowds, and rains...
The company was what made it so great...The girls were at their best for the whole 2 weeks, and that just makes the trip...When I was down, because of plans being in danger, they all rallied and made me laugh....and it all turned out great!...

Thanks for checking it all out...It was alot of fun to do!

Kelly - It's great to hear from you. We're all great thanks. I'll be glad when my holiday has arrived (4 weeks on Saturday ), it feels like there is always something the girls have to have I think I could be packed and ready to go with an hours notice I just can't wait for it to be here

What have you been up to ? Have you got anymore trips before your biggie in January ?

Betsy! I love all of the photos u took! You have very beautiful granddaughters and it looks like u all had fun! Poor little sleepy head! She reminds me of Carolin when she was younger, she would drop down and fall asleep anywhere and miss the fun!

Robin, I've missed you too! I'm sorry to hear you've been having so much trouble with your new home on wheels. Have you contacted the dealer yet?

Mandy, the kids sent a hi back to you and your family! We finally made reservations for a hotel on the Niagara River, it's less than two miles from the falls. The ones that have a view of the falls were too pricey for me! It turns out DM & DD were planning to go themselves in Sept. so they've decided to move it up to the end of this month. We leave at 2:30 a.m. on Thurs, Jul 31st

Robin... CW was looking at Marineland. Have you ever been there? If so, what did you think of the park?

Actually Kelly, I went to Marineland a couple summers ago with Betsy and Mike

It was really nice to get together with them.

We met up and stayed at the same hotel together. I brought Liz along with me.

Marineland is very nice but it might seem a bit more tame than some of the other amusement parks you've been too.

Still we enjoyed ourselves and went on most of the rides and saw the shows.

I loved it there Kelly!...The balluga(sp?)whales are the coolest....But if the guy tells you, you may get wet where you are standing at the killer whale show....BELIEVE HIM and move!....LOL..

Thank you for the complement on my DGDs...Id love to say they look like me, but they have a very pretty mother...and I think they look mostly like her.
Yes Poor Lizzy, has always had a hard time staying awake..Victoria on the other hand doesnt seem to have the same problem...

I have been very busy today...Ive been mowing and I went to see my mom...We went to get some Ice cream, and do some shopping...

Boy it just beautiful out today....

Thanks for the info Besty & Robin!! I think it's just what we need! You won't catch me on that tower that drops straight down and shoots straight up! And I will keep in mind the "splash zone" for the killer whales! Any pics????

Mandy, we are very excited... though I think the kids are more excited about their phone upgrade in August! Plus Chad gets his learner's permit ... so next month is a big month for the kids!
