Hey Mandy,

Your plans sound like fun , for both you and Paul, and the girls...

We are picking up the rental car on Sunday....for the trip
But we dont have any real plans for tomorrow....

I have pretty much everything either packed or ready to be....I even found out our boxes I sent are ther already waiting for us

I called the DGGs this afternoon and they were listening to disney tunes....LOL...
Id say they were pretty excited....

Mike is offically off from work for the next 2 weeks....

Cant wait for Tuesday!...

Well another dance recital come and gone.

I'm not sure how well I did.

Some of it was okay and the rest

I have to wait for it to come out on video so that I can actually see what I did.

It all goes by so fast it's just one big blur.

I did make one very major boo boo though

I missed dancing one of my hip hop dances

I wasn't paying close enough attention to what was going on and when I was heading to the stage, my group was already half way thru the performance.

Oh, well, at least I only did that at the evening performance and not the afternoon one too.

Paul & I had a lovely evening away. The hotel was very nice, we went into town and Paul bought a few things (I didn't see anything), and we had a lovely meal last night

Robin - I bet you're pleased that your dance recital is over, well done, shame about that one dance though, but you're a braver person than me, you wouldn't catch me dancing in front of an audience

Betsy - Have you started packing yet ? Not long to go now, I hope you have a fab time

Kelly - I hope you've had a nice weekend

Seems like all I do these days is run, run and more run

Tomorrow I have to lay still for several hours

I am going tomorrow morning for a liver biopsy.

I have to lay still for several hours after they take the sample because the liver bleeds quite easily.

Doesn't sound like a very fun day for me tomorrow.

Betsy, enjoy your trip.

We leave tomorrow morning around 5 AM....I am not fond of the drive, So Im not looking forward to it...BUT, whatever gets me to Disney World...Right

Well I've got an easy day today. I'm going into town with Kerry this morning, as she needs to get some last minute essentials before she goes to Cyprus with her best friends family next week

Other than that, I'll be chilling and doing my exercises today

Afternoon all.

Liver biopsy went okay.

It didn't really hurt much and the laying still part was not too bad.

At least I had a view of the hallway and what was going on in the xray department

Also, they brought me lunch

I hadn't expected that but I wasn't about to turn it down since I wasn't supposed to eat before my procedure was done.

Today, I got some pretty neat news! It looks like we might be celebrating a wedding and a vowel renewal on Mickey's boat in January!

My youngest sister is planning to have her wedding on the ship and Paula and her husband are seriously considering renewing their wedding vowels since it'll be a 10th anniversary for them.

So we'll see what happens! U all take care!

Hey Kelly - it's great to hear from you. How exciting to have a wedding and a vow renewal on the Cruise, think of all those new clothes you'll have to buy

The girls are doing great thanks. Kerry has finished college and is mega-excited about her holiday. Poor Becky has still got 4 weeks till she breaks up for the Summer. She's got two more weeks in school and then she's doing 2 weeks work experience

Mandy, my day has just started here and I'm feeling okay so far. Haven't been up very long though.

After the liver biopsy I was having pain in my right shoulder and down my arm which is normal. It was feeling better after a few hours with only occasional twinges. last night when I went to lay down to sleep it caused a real spasm to occur.

I ended up sleeping in the reclining chair all night.

Feels better this morning.

Did I tell you guys that Liz has taken a nursing job at the summer camp that she worked at last summer for a few weeks. It is the one that Alex also works at.

She will be leaving on Sunday and will be there for 8 weeks.

After that she has plans to move out of our house and into an apartment with her boyfriend.

He has gotten a job at a Toyota plant. Unfortunately it is almost 2 hours from here

I am going today with her to look at the apartment that they have picked out. It is in a building that is brand new and no one has ever lived in this apartment. It looks nice in the pictures that she has showed me.

I'm very sad that she will be leaving me and going so far away but I know that it is getting time for her to get out there and live a little.

Aww Robin, is Liz getting ready to fly the nest ? (not a time I will be looking forward to either). You'd mentioned that she was working at the Summer Camp that Alex works at, but not about her moving out. It must be a very exciting time for her

Becky's done a fine job.

Yes, soon I may be an empty nester.

I'm not sure when Alex will be leaving but I'm expecting it not to be that far off either.

Then I will have to decide what I want to do with this next stage of my life.

of course I will still have my work and dance but I'll have to find something else to do to occupy some of my time.

There are some pictures from the dance recital on the weekend that someone else took. I will see about posting them for you later. After I get back from seeing Liz's new future home.
