Morning and afternoon gals...

I wanted to stop in and say hi quickly. I've been sick with the flu since Saturday night... I'm still trying to get over this mess. A really bad cough, lots of congestion, horrible body aches, fever, and feeling sooooo tired. I'll be good as new soon, each day I feel a little better. CW has it too.

Mandy, I'm glad your feeling better... sorry that Kerry has been sick too! Hope she's better!

Robin, I hope we get a little snow here. We had a few flurries for a couple of minutes. Maybe we'll get a white Christmas this year! That's very rare for us, so I'll just keep hoping and wishing

Betsy, lucky duck!! You got snow... I'm sure your willing to send some my way. Looks like a little too much!

Robin - I hope you've warmed up over there, and that you've left some liquorice allsorts for someone else

We had a great time last night at our Christmas night out. It was the first time we'd been to the Coventry Stadium and at first it looked a bit bleak, but once we got up to the restaurant, it looked really nice, as all the tables were made up for Christmas. We had Garlicy Mushrooms to start, Traditional Turkey dinner and I had Christmas pudding for dessert.

We had such a laugh, especially as a lot of the dogs had very funny and dodgy names. I think I was down by a tenner and my mad mates broke about even

We will definitely have to go back

Kelly the only thing that is more fun than going on a cruise is booking the next one

Sorry to hear you've been feeling bad. I hope you are better soon.

Maybe I will try and find time to go and see my dad.

I started out cooking dinner for 2 people tonight and ended up feeding 5

I invited my mom to join us and then Alex called and said that he and his girlfriend would be here too

Strangely, I'm feeling absolutely fine today - I don't know where these little 24 hour illnesses are coming from, but I'm glad they're gone quickley

We've had another quiet day today, just housework etc

I can't believe that this time next week, I'll be at the Airport Hotel waiting to fly off tomorrow

Is anyone doing anything nice this week ? I'll be up to my eyes in washing and packing I think

I hope you've had a great weekend, what did you get up to ?

Well I am well and truly fed up. Last Monday I was poorly, on Saturday I had a sore throat (both which were gone within 24 hrs) and today I am absolutely full of cold - I'm relieved that it's all happening before I go away next Monday - but I'm fed up of feeling under the weather

Nevermind, hopefully this blooming cold will be over soon

I bought my very last Christmas pressie today, I had to get the Surfs Up DVD for Becky, so now I am totally finished - yippee !!

Robin... I FINALLY got the "eh?" thing!! CW and I were watching a movie, can't remember what is was... but they had a couple from Canada who kept saying "eh?" at the end of each sentence... so cute! Glad you tackled that licorice, it's a pain to have things like that sitting around tempting you...

Mandy... LOVE the do! How cute! Looks like you ladies had alot of fun, did you have a sip of wine for me?

We've decided on January 4th 2009 as our next cruise date. We are getting a quote from Dreams Unlimited first before we book. Hopefully we can upgrade to a cat 9 this time...

Thank you Kelly!...I told him, You thought he was a cutie...He just smiled and walked away....As if he knew that little fact already.....LOL..

I just got some more orniments for my tree, in the mail from the Disneystore...They all looks soo nice on the tree....
I bought Poohs 12 days of christmas ones, and a Pongo,with Perdita one..(in honor of my dear departed dals), and A very nice glass one with Pluto sitting on it....

Not doing much here today either Robin.....
I have Christmas conserts to attend starting tonight...Julia's, then Victoria's, and Elizabeth's,......Then next Tues....Ambers....Amber is going to do a solo... She has the voice of an angel...and Its not because she's my DGD....She IS good.....LOL
and now that she is in Highschool, I hope she does more with her singing....

Not long now for you Mandy!......Then we will be saying goodbye to Robin...!!!!...
