7th January 2007, 4 Night Wonder Cruise

Yup!...Its my lunch day.....BUT I have not lost anything since I have gained.last week....So I will probably feel guilty with every bite... ..
I really hate this preoccupation with food.... ...
It was soo nice to be a teen, and just pigout ...and not care....
I do something like that now and I PAY... BIG TIME!

It IS suppose to be a very nice warm day here tho... ..In the mid 50s ...and later next week its going to be in the 60s ..
OHhhhh I hope they are right....

I REALLY want to start walking my 4 miles again....I miss the state park...BUT until the road dries up alittle , and we get rid of some mud...I wont be walking there...I might drive down and walk the park though...CANT WAIT!
Hey I dont know who watches AI...BUT I'm floored....I CANT believe Sanjaya , ids still there!.... ...He's cute and all, but he is NOT up to the par there...and he sure wasnt as good as the person the voited off!

It's been a very nice day here so far, as long as you ignore the rain

It poured and we had a thunderstorm this morning but right now it's kind of nice out.

The temperature is quite nice which makes it tolerable.

I've gone to dance class already and now it's time to think about what to cook for dinner tonight.

Liz has a dance competition on Saturday. 6 hours total driving time to dance for 3 minutes....... oh well, she enjoys it and it's fun to watch everyone else. Also it gets us out for the day.

Woohoo !! It's nearly the weekend

We're off for our shopping weekend tomorrow for the last part of Becky's birthday celebrations. We're going to Manchester (the home of the famous Manchester United - where David Beckham once played) and it's got a great shopping mall. Along with Kerry and Becky, they are bringing 3 friends and we're stopping overnight in a hotel and going out for a nice meal tomorrow evening. So please take pity on me as I try and cope with 5 teenagers !!! (aaarrrggghhh !!!)

Kelly - it's great to hear from you, what have you been up to ? and please tell us about the bird. I love your piccies too, they're great

Robin - Have fun in your new car and enjoy Liz's dance competition too

Betsy - I hope you enjoyed your lunch and didn't pig out too much

Here is an update on something Ann posted on the TKER thread.

She has given in her notice at work and is quitting in 2 weeks. She really loved her job at the pool company but has decided that she wants to stay at home again now.

Mandy, I'll be posting more pics soon! I've got a few more to share Boo is our new addition to the family. He is very, very vocal. He does the wolf whistle, the charge song, he says "See.. see.. pretty bird" and "come here". Now he's trying to whistle the Andy Griffith song.

I had a cockatiel, (chico)he use to talk alot...and he did sing the Andy Griffith song..We loved him to bits....and then one day for no reason that we know of he was on the floor of his cage...It could have been old age..we had no idea how old he was as he was given to us, ...I think we were like his 3erd owners...They normally live quit long I think....We miss him..

My daughter and I watch that show all the time.

We've only started watching the last couple of seasons though.

They have a Canada's Next Top Model too. They've had one season last summer and then another coming up this summer.

A girl that lives 1/2 hour away from us was a contestant in the first season. She did quite well but did not make it all the way to the end. Last week I saw an article about her in the paper. She has been modelling in Greece and is also going to be in some magazine.
