I hope your birthday was all you wanted it to be and more!.... pixiedust:

We didnt do much ...Did some food shopping on Sat...and just hung around with the DGGs on Sunday princess:

...We actually only had the three oldest ones for most of the day ...as the twins had a birthday party to go to....and then a little later in the afternoon...we even lost Julia...She had to babysit for my other son(her DU)...
So it was quiet...

My eldest sons birthday is tomorrow :bday:

...So he and his DW went out for a quiet meal in a nice resteruant WITHOUT the 6 children...
THAT would be the BEST present...to me...IF it was MY birthday.... :thumbsup2

AND if all goes well and they can get another babysitter ..WE are planning on taking them to dinner tomorrow night...TWO birthda dinners in one week ...Cant beat that...Huh? :cool1:

Today is my veg. day...and I plan on doing just that....well except for doing for my mom....But Im NOT cleaning or anything else...It will all be here tomorrow..waiting for me to clean it then....
That is the one thing I have learned in my life...all messes will wait for you to clean them up....They wont clean themselves... :sad2:

I have also learned that EVERTIME I walk out that door the maid leaves too. :sad2:

Hi there everyone

We've had a busy weekend, Kerry had her first sleepover and we took them all ice skating on Saturday, like your DS Betsy, Kerry will be having two celebrations in one week, as she's having another sleepover on Friday night and then we're going out for a nice Chinese meal on Saturday.

Kerry's actual birthday is on Wednesday, when she'll be 16

Bad news here this afternoon.

Liz was on her way to dance class when my mom calls and tells me that she heard the dance studio was on fire :eek:

Our poor dance teacher. She just purchased this building (her first studio that she has owned herself), did tons of renovations on it and opened it at the beginning of January, while I was dancing the nights away onboard the Disney Wonder :dance3:

The place was absolutely beautiful, decorated so nicely, she really seems to have a flare for it.

Now I heard on the radio that the fire started in the furnace and there is extensive smoke and water damage.

I feel so bad for her, all that hard work to be ruined so soon.

BUT both Alex (the teacher) and her pug dog Frank got out safely, so that is the most important thing.

I hope she can get herself sorted out and up and running again really quickly.

I will miss my dance classes :guilty:

Wow... I miss all of you guys sooo much! I can't wait until I can get back on here and start posting like I use to.

I'm catching up on work, housework, and other things! Things are almost back to the norm, if you want to call it that!

Sorry to hear about the dance studio, Robin. :wizard:

We went to the last memorial on Sunday. His father was so strong, he got up and spoke during the memorial and addressed all of the young men in the church. He told them to call him if they don't feel like they can go home and he will come, get them, and let them sleep on his couch. Then he spoke about wearing your seat belt and making sure you always kiss mom bye.

Chad thinks so much of that family, he couldn't hold back his tears when hugging his coach. The man is such a great guy, it is such a shame.

Aww, Kelly that is so sad, it makes me want to cry too. Poor Chad, but maybe it has taught him an important lesson too.

How are you all ? Kelly that is so sad, but it is such an important thing to know (poor Chad, tell him we're thinking of him)

I've been on the Disney Cruise website today (though it is very slow due to the 2008 Summer dates being released) and I've been looking at the 4 night double dip at Castaway Cay. I know that Paul would love to go to CC twice so I'm going to let him know about them for May 2008

Thank you for replying to Kerry's birthday thread, she wasn't too impressed about having to celebrate it at school but she'll have fun at the weekend with her friends

...all I can say is WOW!....BUT...Did you know that if you win THAT prize...You are stuck there for the night...You CANT leave...You have staff to get anything you want...BUT you CANT just go to PI if you wanted to....Im not sure Id like feeling trapped...No matter how nice the cage...Reminds me of that book...

Are there no windows that you can actually look out of??

I don't think I'd mind being held captive there as long as I could look outside and see the Magic Kingdom. That's probably not allowed though.

I didn't think they would let you out once you were in there honestly. They don't want you wandering around the park, I'm sure.
