I'm typing from the hotel's business center computer.

Rick was supposed to fly in from Atlanta to Detroit and meet me at the hotel last night about 11:38. About 11:15 he called and said he was still in Atlanta, sitting in the plane. They hadn't left yet.

He finally got to the hotel about 2:15 this morning. Now we have to get up and catch a flight for 7

No sleep for me last night

Oh well, at least I'll be in Florida in about 4 and 1/2 hours

Sorry I haven't been by in a while...the family and I did 2 weeks in nc and I spent the whole week playing catch up.

I have a question,
There's a surf expo in Orlando jan 12 to the 14th, who's gonna be there after the cruise?

I'd like to do the expo but would really like to meet some of you at wdw as a bonus...

The boat docks again when? The 11th?

Yes we disembark on the 11th, after that we've got my hubby's birthday on the 12th and we fly home on the 13th. The only thing we've got planned is Chef Mickey's for his birthday at 10.30am

If I go I'd like to be in Orlando by the 11th,

maybe hit a park or DTD that night...the actual show is the 12th to the 14th and I'd have to do 2 of the 3 days to see all the vendors I'd need to see...

I could make my appts for the 13 & 14th and be at WDW the 11th and 12th

Oops! I am still so lost here Now Robin didn't get my thanks before she left. Oh well I will have to thank her when she gets back.

Wow 30lbs. Good job. You will have to give me some tips. I need to loose about 15lbs. I am working on the exercise 3 x a week, cutting back on what I eat, and lots of water.

You should be really proud of your accomplishment!!

Well we didnt finish the deck yet. ..Had a birthday party to go to ...So DH is going to try to get out early today ..and try to finish it...well the roof anyway...The siding might have to wait .... ..

Hey Betsy!! I've uploaded the images and oops, didn't realize I had the date stamp on it not to mention the wrong date

Here's a couple for now!

This pic is at Waterside in Norfolk! It's amazing how they lifted her up out of the water.​

We slipped into the parking lot to get a quick pic, kids were our alibi on being nothing more than Wonderaddicts!​

We also watched people board the Carnival Victory for a 6 nite Bahama trip! It was soo neat to see people excited about their trip like we are. One guy kept hollaring "Wooo" over and over and over. I'll add a couple more later

Did you receive a packet from DCL a while ago Betsy, there was a letter saying when you could start making ressies. If you've sailed DCL before, you're then in the Castaway Club, and you can make ressies 90 days out (TODAY ). For those who haven't sailed DCL before, I think you make ressies 75 days out.

When you retrieve your ressies on-line on the DCL website, it will tell you what you can make ressies for

You are working hard on your decking, I hope you get it finished soon before the weather starts to get bad.

I made reservations this morning at 8:30 eastern time...and wow was I surprised at how little there was for PALO. I should have gotten up earlier...the funny thing is I couldn't sleep last night...I should have been making reservations!!

Still, I'm happy we've got Palo set for day 2 in the evening and day 4 for brunch. I don't know if I'll be pleased with that until I find out my dining rotation! Actually, I'll be pleased with anything I get.

And just to make things interesting, I booked the snorkel tour using the money we would have used on passports (I'm rolling the dice that the President will indeed sign the new law and that Disney will not force me to have a passport!) Anyone have a preference for snorkeling at Castaway vs Nassau? Advice appreciated. My hubby likes to snorkel. I'm not a strong swimmer, so it's not my favorite...but I'll do anything for him.

90 days!!! I'm happy!

In the meantime I'm packing like a mad woman to move my household this weekend and early next week.

And finishing individual tour booklet for a client going to WDW next week.

And trying to keep old house clean so we can sell it!!! Toss some pixie dust my way!

Jennifer! Good luck keeping your sanity this week The only snorkeling we did was at CC at the family beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it other than Chad's vest leaking the entire time, and he waited until he could barely swim anymore (we were a good ways from the beach) to tell me. I had to hold him up, he was exhausted, and try to switch vests with him

I'm getting hungry again hearing you girls talk about brunch at Palo's

I chose the noon brunch. I really would have been happy with any time. I just chose noon because it's 8:30 before we eat dinner! How could there be a bad time to eat at PALO?
