I agree but Disney is in complete control of how many and to who they send these responses. As you say of that small percentage right now there might be a larger number responding negatively but does that reflect that all those who did not respond view it favorably? There will never be an accurate number that reflects the whole of the Disney guests. All this does is give Disney food for thought if they wish to research further and possibly make adjustments. I did agree that the modifying likely came from the complaints that the process was too difficult BUT the other items they changed were not in guests best interest.
My point in responding is the repeated posting that it is FACT that
Genie+ is "terrible" "horrific" "hated" to (all) guests. The surveys they received are from a very small population of guests, likely the disgruntled guests. In no way do I think it reflects a mass guest hatred of it. As time has gone on I see less and less complaints, with higher and higher usage.
As a side note: With 4-6 visits per year the last 15 years, I have gotten a variety of surveys. I got a G+ survey the first time I used it but not after that. I've gotten all kinds of surveys that are so interesting, that ask me about stuff I don't think Disney will ever have ~ sometimes comical. I swear the survey department sometimes is just trying to stay relevant to stay in the budgets.
