Just got back, there was still a lot of stuff this morning. Managed to buy chocolates for Valentine's Day (hey they were in a red box!), a lot of Christmas decorations and garland, lights, tons of wrapping paper, Christmas cards, CD's, Christmas linens and towels. All for $56.

Anyone else?

I just got home from Target and managed to snag a few items. There were still a lot of stuff left, I was a little surprised. I got boxes,(which I always need), more wrapping paper, gift bags, some stocking lights to hang around the awning of our travel trailer while at Disney in December :flower:, 2 gift sets of hot chocolate mixes for my dd (she will drink hot chocolate anytime of the year! ribbons and bows, and some dish towels. All for $41............

I managed to spend $70, but got some great stuff!!

They also have a Pooh xmas tree marked down to 5.00 if anyone is interested. It looked messy so I didn't get it (snow on the branches).

In the front of the store are the toy/candy stocking stuffers. There are many non holiday themed items that can make great birthday party favors, Easter basket Stuffers or even next years stocking stuffers. Got a ton of these items, some with candy, will use those at easter if not sooner. Look for things like Beyblades, small Legosets, and Wiggles pencil toppers, Cabbage Patch doll keychains, among others: all non-holiday looking. I believe that 90% begins on the 8th.

I hit 4 Targets today (plus one store twice) I am all set for next year with baskets and towels. I am not sure how much they will have left at 90%. There were several things I hope to get if they last till 90%, but I am not holding my breath.

I heard it will be friday 1/7
planning on checking it out even though I spent $120 there today at 75% off
got 2 rolls wrapping paper, 2 boxes of christmas cards, plug in car cooler, car compass, car temperature gage, back massager, complete set of christopher radko christmas dishes (8 dinner plates, 8 bread plates, 8 cups/saucers, serving bowl, 8 soup bowls, limited edition plate) 6 fleece blankets for gifts for next year, 2 makeup sets (like 5 minute makeover including 2 lip sticks, eyeshadow, powder blush, lip gloss, and 3 brushes), 4 mascaras, flamingo make up trio of bags, box of ceral, 2 different sets of picture frames, dora christmas ornament, mr. clean auto car washer kit. Oh my there was probably more but that's all I can think of. We did great probably going back again for more and then again at 90% off.

I was in Target today but didnt venture over to the Christmas stuff becasue of the mob that was around it... now I know why...

We went to 4 targets today! Major Mobs!!! There definiately won't be anything left by 90, maybe some bows.

I also got the mini refrigerator for $7.50 and I also got a plug in food warmer/cooler for the car for $7.50.
I got DS (2) a Santa suit for next year for $5.00. It is a plush Santa costume with boot covers and belt...
There were some nice housewares that were in holiday packaging like picture frames, pillows, dishes...

My target didn't have much....BUT .... I did manage to snag a pooh lightup treehouse with figurines for 1.94..... and I got 2 stocking holders, one was Mickey with Pluto and the other was Mickey and Minnie...each were also 1.94.... They all obviously wrang up wrong because when I got home I saw that the treehouse was regular 24.99, I haven't checked the regular price on the stocking holders yet :rolleyes:

We bought a whole bunch of stuff today at our Target for 75% off also. They had wrapping paper, gift bags, bows, cards, ornaments, some Christmas trees, paper napkins and plates, some Radko stuff, Christmas pillows and whole bunch of other stuff. We speant only $50 and left with a lot of bags. Maybe I will have to run over there when everything goes to 90% off... :D

I got a cart full of stuff. DH stood with the cart farther away from the clearance. I went into the aisles without a cart, pushed my way in and got the stuff I wanted.
I got cards for next year, Radko ornaments for my sister, cute baskets, some fleece throws, a 2005 planner, paper napkins and matching plates for next year, on and on.
Plus, some toys were really cheap. My son likes Duel Masters. Duel Masters action figures that used to cost around $11 or $12 were clearanced to $1.78 each. DS2 was so happy.

I bought about 6 rolls of paper, very nice gift bags, santa hats, many labels and a new stocking for the cat. I bought a underbed storage/gift wrap containers and put them all in that for next year.
I went back to Target at night and walked over to the Christmas section. It was pretty much cleaned out. I can't imagine them having much at 90%. :D

My target had lots and lots of stuff yesterday, in fact, they had so much paper a lot of it is still on the top shelves where you can't reach it - I'll wait for 90% to buy paper.

I did get some good deals at 75% off;

Dale Earnhardt Jr. ornament for $1.49;
Spiderman Carlton Cards ornament for $3.49;
some bags (Spiderman, etc.) for $.49;
Snowman frame for $.99; and
tags for $.49.

Gotta love the Target sales!!

I wasn't taking a chance that the Pooh stuff would still be there at 75% off so was happy to get the tree, light up house, stocking, stocking hanger, and Tigger snow globe at 50% off.

I did the same thing....I purchased what I wanted at 50% off.......some golf stuff, the plug in cooler, the plug in mug, the wrapping paper I wanted. When I went for the 75% off, none of that was available, so I'm glad I bought it when I did!

I did get some make up kits (I needed 16!) at 75% off (gifts for the girls on my dd's baton team) and some small things (little games, etc) from the dollar section for stocking stuffers next year for my kids and my nephews. I also lucked out and found a gold ball monogrammer, that I never saw before Xmas or at 50% off. I was really glad about the make up kits, as I only paid $1.49 and $1.99 for sets. DD has to give "good luck" gifts and it's really hard to find nice stuff for just a buck or two (some parents end up spending $5 or even $10 per girl, which starts to add up!

I tried very hard NOT to overbuy this year, and end up with lots of "stuff".....just buying with specific people in mind.

went back again today spent another $25

If your Target has the "Mr. Clean Auto" gift set (reg price $24.99, clearance $6.29)...there is a coupon inside for $5.00 a starter set. You should be able to use that to buy another Mr Clean gift set...for $1.29 plus tax. We were able to do it last night. Unfortunately they only had one gift set left.
