I tend to disagree on this. If an owner sublets their points to someone else I think they DO have the responsibility to act as a go between. By definition "Member Services" should not be overburdened by others. I think it would be completely appropriate to have to key in your member number and a pin code to be able connect to Member Services.

You may disagree but Member Services' policy on this is quite clear. Next time you're on the phone with them just ask and they'll confirm it for you.

I called MS and was told their policy for non members is confirmations of ressie, adding ME and DP.

Perhaps I should have edited a little better. I was referring to the last sentence of the post I quoted. Is there a written policy you can direct me to? I would be happy to review it.

When I called to confirm my ressie and make the ME & DDP. I was told by MS that I could call MS at 180 days to make ADR even though I am a renter? I do not plan on doing this.
