For anyone looking for a room at BLT for next April, called this am right on the 7 month mark and got a 1 bedroom Lake view (this is what I wanted) for 4/27,4/29 and 4/29.Gave up a standard studio at BW for these nights, which we will be moving to for the following 5 nights.Hopefully my love for the Boardwalk will overshadow the downgrade in our room!!

Good to hear. I've been wondering what effect if any AKV and BLT additions would have on the 7 month window. I know it is still much to early to tell but I think it is great that we have as so much to choose from now!

Hi minster22,
Congratulations on getting a reservation at BLT. I keep hearing of more and more people having success booking there under 7 months. Now if only Beach Club were that easy to get!!BLT is a wonderful resort so hopefully you do not feel like you downgraded to much! :lmao:

Congratulations!!!

I've read reports that it was about 1 year after BCV sold out before the resort became difficult to book at 7 months.

With 54% of the resort declared, but around 38% of the points sold that's an 16% of resort rooms. That means almost 1/3 of all rooms will likely be booked by people who don't own at BLT (until BLT is sold out).

It's possible that BLT will still be easy to book once it's sold out, but we really won't know until it's been sold out for about a year.
