Whoops! I was just kidding, Susan!

Sounds great, MaryAnn -- I can't book things for our Eastern until May 31 (we sail Aug. 29) but when you have, it seems so real that the cruise is about to happen:banana::banana::banana::banana:

I definitely would have gone the way you do with the baths without lunch . . . quite often what you are given is not something that great anyway -- and abck on the ship you have so much more variety.

Warning CCTV in operation;)

Here is a pic of my DH, Ken, in probably one of the earth's most clean, pure, beautiful
and clear beach.......The Baths of Virgin Gorda

Nive hope to go there in August:)

Thanks. It was still nice to not be home tho.

I guess you're right Barb. Hmm, sick in WDW or sick at home. WDW wins every time. I think you recover faster knowing what awaits you. Too bad it had to happen, though. And hopefully the closing will happen soon. Then just let us know when we can visit!!!!!! :lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

:yay: :dance3: Will do. Hopefully it will be much sooner rather than later.

Hello everyone!

It has been a while, but just dropping by - work has been hectic as I've been on temporary promotion & have just got a new job which means 4 years of training/studying:teacher::teacher:. Nice to see so many familiar faces are still posting & that people do not appear to be dropping like flies because of the crunch. I guess I'll need to start thinking about a bit of trip planning soon, but will get my August WDW trip out of the way first.

Hope everyone keeps well & I'll drop in again soon, and make a concerted effort to keep on top of the thread!

Celestine

Nice to hear from you and good luck on the job,

There are one or two people who continuously post on the main forum doom and gloom re the 2010 Baltic and Europe cruises, These post so often people can believe what they post. But as you say people are not dropping like flies.

I will be in WDW in August as well as you,

Hi, Celestine!:yay:

Hi Celestine!!!

Dropping like flies? Hardly!!!:lmao::lmao:

I agree. I prefer to look on the bright side of things, not doom and gloom. Sometimes I think many of the economic problems are caused by perception. If we think things are horrible, we don't spend a penny which hurts the economy even more. If we think things are getting better, we start to spend which helps the economy get back on track. I prefer to think things are and will be getting better.

Hello Celestine,
How are you, DH, and the girls? Caro & I have been wondering about you and if you were still coming. We hope so.

Good morning everyone.
Calling for another wet day around here. Good thing yesterday was sunny. I'm really not liking all the spring showers because they are actually spring downpours.

So far NO RAIN today and the SUN is shining!!:yay::yay: So far our rains have been downpours also.

Or perhaps some things and people are just more forgettable than others . . .;)

I am unforgettable Bob!

So far NO RAIN today and the SUN is shining!!:yay::yay: So far our rains have been downpours also.

21c here in London, nice blue skys, hottest April ever,30c on the Tube,

And the £ falls against the $ on our budget, well at least i got a payment through whilst the rate was slightly higher. Timed that very well.

Rain here AGAIN :headache: but they are saying a beautiful weekend (I'll believe it when I see it).

Glad you got a good rate Andrew. I guess it's just going to be that way. You'll have to just keep watching and be prepared to jump. :scared1: (Poor choice of words):lmao::lmao:
