We have two PS2 so last hanukkah I bought Paul a PS3 and of couse now he has to fight the boys off if he ever wants to use it. The PS3 is in almost constant use when the boys are home so much so that we've now bought a second one which they are getting for hanukkah

OMG, I was at a mall yesterday with a Nordstrom.......I'm so jealous.....UGGs on sale!!!!!!!Wow, maybe the sales really will be good this year!!!!!!!!!!!

The guy told me that they just were marked down 2 days ago. Started with only one type of boots then they finally added all the other ones. They are last years model but they have the sealed hard rubber sole so that you can use them in the rain. I got them for $89 dollars so I had to buy them.

OMG what a day and it ain't over yet

We had to get up early to get Ethan to his new prospective secondary school for assessment tests, then after dropping him off Josh, Paul and I went to pack boxes for underprivilaged Jewish people in the old soviet union. We then picked up Ethan and raced home so Josh could get changed for his formal barmitzvah party which he's at now and we have to pick him up at 11pm tonight. All this involved going back and for across north london with nasty traffic. So not quiet Sunday by any means.... Roll on Monday

Izzie, I thought boys were supposed to be easier, you sound just as busy if not more, at least they don't worry about their looks and is their make-up on right.

I've been wearing my new UGG boots today. I've got a pair of the black knitted ones this year as they're a little different from the sheepskin ones.

Saw those - liked them but I thought I'd better get the white waterproof ones - they make me look like the Michelin man - you know the white tire dude? I haven't seen white before but they are waterproof which is what I need for those late soccer/football games. DH gave them to me he just doesn't realize he has.

Jeolous of What? You can get UGG's at Kohl's!

Silly Man - Those are imitation UGG's AKA Emo's or Emu. Those don't count. (As I have recently been accused of - I've become a label snob! ) I maintain that with UGG - those are the only ones that don't hurt my heels and don't make my feet smell. So, I like and they work, so I buy.

I don't have those yet? If I was at Nordstrom right now, instead of watching the pathetic Eagles game, I could possibly be getting a pair on sale!!!!!!!!!!

Oh JoAnn - they are cute - as I said, they have the chestnut color, black color and grey color - they are short ones - just below the calf and they have a strip of fleece going down to the heel and around the top. But they normally run $180 so I'll take the sale. The guy said they were only supposed to put the black ones on but they decided to put all the old stock on sale to get the customers in. And by were they flying off the shelves - I got greedy and bought several but there was another lady that had 12 pairs.

You can find the short ones for about $110-$129 our here. No minis - those are too hard to find. BTW, I'm looking for a black mini in size 7.

(NOT) Only the "metrosexuals" wear them here although my son - who is a metrosexual man because he spends more time in front of the mirror than my two girls combined - claims he won't ever wear them even though he has one pair of moccasin slippers which he wears out. LOL

Okay, my pathetic Eagles game ended in a tie.........
