6th or 7th floor stateroom on the wonder!

So we have a Verandah room for our honeymoon on the Wonder they have one room available on the 7th floor all the way toward the back or 6th floor middle...which Is better ?

I'm cruising for the first time next week with DCL (yay!!!), so take my opinion for what it's worth...

That being said, we booked a deck 6 mid ship verandah. All of my research has shown that the lower the deck & the closer to the middle, the less movement you'll feel. Although, from what I've read, there doesn't really seem to be a "bad choice" on a Disney Cruise!

We have been midship 6634 and far aft 8092 on the Wonder. As the PP stated, the midship room will have less movement. You will also be guaranteed a plexiglass verandah wall. We loved being far aft, however. It was very quiet. Also consider that since you are on a classic ship, you would be right next to the 'secret' deck 7 aft deck. There is also a chance that you would get a whitewall verandah - look on the deck plans - if the stateroom number they are offering to you has a star, it will have a solid wall verandah. This is a white metal wall that goes all the way up.

If it were me, I'd take deck 7 aft. No question. It's quiet (less foot traffic), right by secret deck 7 and a short flight up to Topsiders for a snack or pop refill.

Deck 6 midship is certainly convenient to other areas, including the kids clubs - if you have little ones then it's just a quick flight of stairs down and you are right there at the lab/club. Then again, I'd look at the stateroom reports online and see if you might have noise from the kids club being beneath you.

If this is a honeymoon without kids - deck 7.

We've been on deck 6 aft and really didn't care for the solid white wall. Had to stand at the verandah rail to see the sea. So the next time we booked we chose a room closer to mid-ship and made sure we had a plexiglas wall. Then we could see out when sitting on the sofa, or even lying in bed.

We love Deck 6 on the Wonder and Magic - we book cabin 6116 every chance we can. It's just forward of the aft elevators so it's near the stairs for easy access to many of the venues we want to go to. What we also like about Deck 6 midship is that there are no cabins immediately below us, so no worries about being heavy-footed in the mornings and disturbing neighbors below. Also Deck 6 feels more manageable when taking the stairs up from Deck 1 when boarding at the ports - that extra set of stairs to deck 7 is just enough to make me wait for the elevator

Ditto! We LOVED deck 7 aft. The secret deck is almost always empty and we thought the location was convenient to almost everything. We took the stairs all the time and even our 5-year old never complained.

That being said, if one room has a solid white-wall verandah, I would pick the other one!
