Hey can someone tell me if this is a legit web-site? My friend and I ordered Birkenstocks from there and someone told her they were counterfeit!!

They're a branch of Zappos and quite reputable as far as I know. I've ordered from them many times and have been nothing but pleased with my purchases - mostly Teva sandals and New Balance running shoes for myself and my DD, and the occasional pair of Vans for my son.

They are affiliated with Zappos.com and as far as I know, are 100% legit. I have ordered from them (Dansko, Klogs, Brooks running shoes), and have never had an issue. I trust that site as much as I trust Zappos - who I have never had issues with either.

I order from them a lot. Super fast shipping and no problems. I have bought many pair of Birkenstock from 6.pm and they are not counterfit. They are Zappos outlet. I just got some Orthaheel sandals last week. I have also bought Teva, Uggs, Clarks and other good brands at considerably lower prices.

The Birkenstocks my friend ordered don't have the embossed wording on the side and she saw the same pair in another store that did have it...so beware they obviously are fakes!

6pm is a totally legit site.I've used it for years and never had a problem.If she is concerned she should contact them with her concerns and see what they have to say.

6pm.com is a reputable, popular site. However, even reputable retailers sometimes end up with counterfeit goods and don't realize it. You and your friend should return the shoes and let them know they are counterfeit.

6pm.com is a reputable, popular site. However, even reputable retailers sometimes end up with counterfeit goods and don't realize it. You and your friend should return the shoes and let them know they are counterfeit.

I checked mine and the Birkis have "Birki" and one pair has "Tula" and the other has Birkenstock on the sole. Even fakes usually have the name on them, take them to a retailer and they could tell you. They just might be a style w/o the insignia on the outside.

No. 6pm.com doesn't sell fakes. As already stated, they are the outlet for Zappos. There are MANY different styles of Birkenstocks; obviously these weren't the same.

Got a lot of great bargains on name brand shoes and bags. As stated in earlier posts, they are an outlet of Zappos, which is a major online shoe retailler with a great reputation. I would feel confident that your sandals are not fakes, but if they are, I am sure you would get a full refund.
