Hi all,
I have 603 points total for rent. I can transfer points as well, but only if the transfer is for the total allowable for UY and contract. Details below.
December UY - SSR, $18pp
Rent up to 333 points for reservations up to eleven months out
Transfer for UY 2022 not possible
Transfer 300 pts for UY 2023 (for use Dec 1, 2023 – Nov 30, 2024)
February UY - SSR, $18pp
Rent up to 270 points for reservations up to eleven months out
Not transferable
I am an experienced renter and will provide a contract for the rental (can also provide contract for transfer, however, since both members must be on the line with member services for transfers and transfers cannot be reversed, a contract is usually not necessary).
If interested in renting, please include as much information as possible with all inquiries in order for me to provide the best availability information, such as
1. number of adults
2. number of children up to 17 y/o (specify ages, including infants)
3. requested dates of stay
4. acceptable alternate dates of stay - please list in order of preference
5. preferred resort(s) - please list in order of preference
6. preferred views (also include if standard is acceptable if preferred view not available)
7. acceptable room size(s) - if more than one size works, please list in order of preference
Please note that transferred points can be banked, but not borrowed, and will keep their original UY.
