Great goals this week Michelle! I know getting sick was not in the plans last week. Look at the bright side...the weekend is over and it's a new week. I know exactly what you mean when eating can go spiraling out of control. That's why we're all here You're doing great. Hope your weather gets better. We've had some beautiful...unseasonlike..weather here. Too bad I don't like to walk in my neighborhood. When school starts I'll go back to walking in the mall on my days off.

Not sure if I asked...but where are you in Florida with relation to Disney...to the west...east...south...north?? Just curious...since my parents are buying a house there and settle the end of the month.

Hey, Michelle, when I was younger I lived on Macdill A.F.B. right outside of Tampa. I am sure you know where that is. My parents were in the Air Force. My youngest brother was born in Tampa. Do you know where New Port Richey, and Port Richey, are? That's where my family is from and most of them still live there.

And I wonder if what you had last week can be caught through the computer, b/c I am sure feeling it this week...lol. Good luck this week!

Way to go Michelle....you really kicked butt...way to get back into the workouts after being sick last week.

My sister in law's dad is having a house built in NPR...and is moving their as soon as he sells his house here in MD. She and my brother are also on a kick about moving to FL. My parents only have 2 kids (me & my brother) and we're a very close family...we even vacation together always!!! So, with her dad moving, my parents moving, they're talking about moving...my parents want us to move too. Who knows!!! I do know that it looks like I'll be down there the week of Thanksgiving! Maybe we could plan a meet! I'll know more next month (after they go to settlement)

Glad you're not sore after that workout...I didn't think you would. Your body has gotten used to working out and was probably craving one of your super workouts!!

Don't forget that at the doctors (in my case) I get weighed at the end of the day fully dressed shoes and all!! It's not like being naked first thing in the morning at home!! I'm sure you'll show some great loss though!!
