6.5 Month Old Twins on Disney Magic

Wow I applaud you for planning this! Every set of twins is different but I know ours outgrew sleeping with each other in a single pack in play at 5 months and they were peanuts then at 8 and 10 pounds. I expect the bigger the baby the more difficult sleeping together would be. Also given you are traveling out of the country (I'm a worrier) I would check with your pediatrician regarding immunizations and what they recommend. As far as strollers we tried them all expensive, double, tandem, cheap you name it. We found the best were the 3d lites got two of them and a connector. We found we liked it best if I pushed one and hubby pushed the other. These are so durable and easy to operate and I wish we had not wasted money on others! Our girls even rode in them last year all around the world and had just turned 5! https://www.amazon.com/Summer-Infant-Lite-Convenience-Stroller/dp/B00O20OCVC?th=1
Also on a side note I see you mentioned baby wearing I would invest in one that they can be facing out or snuggled up against you as at that age they are very curious and like to see things! As my husband says vacationing is really no different it's just where you choose to have the craziness. Good luck let the force be with you!

I don't have twins, but as you're considering what you have to lug to the UK and since some have mentioned an umbrella stroller...I'd mention that while traveling my then 2 year old daughter, I purchased an umbrella stroller in Europe and it was the BEST! At the time, about twice the price of a cheap US umbrella stroller and totally worth it. We tried to travel to London and Paris without a stroller but just couldn't do it.

I also agree with PPs that all babies are different. We traveled when our kids were infants and had some lovely vacations. Congrats and best wishes!!

Thanks for the advice! Do you happen to remember what the model you purchased in Europe was and if it was infant compatible?

Don't forget the whole time zone issue. We took my DS to Germany when he was ~7 months old and if I remember right there were issues with getting him adjusted to a six hour difference. Just be prepared that when it comes to bedtime, they may not concur that it really is bedtime, and when you are lugging them around the ports, they may think that it's actually bedtime.
