I saw something mentioned a few pages back about a group the young teen/ tween kids were in to get to know each other before the cruise. My DD is 13 and is very excited to meet some other kids before the cruise. Could someone please send me the info for this? Is this group just for girls? My son is 12. Not sure if he would be interested or not. Thanks!

That's awesome, my daughter will be 13 on the cruise and would to find other buddies to hang with..Karlee has been exchanging email and letters with a couple girls on this board..I will send u a pm with her info.

My DD is part of this little group of girls too. Send me a PM and I will hook your daughter up with my daughter. My son is 13 and would LOVE to meet your son, lots of girls here, so he would love to get to know someone too.

My DD (10 and 12 when we sail) have been PM with several other girls that will be on board and are so excited every time I tell them they have a PM. They cannot wait until we are finally on board and they meet their new BFF's. I must admit I am a bit jealous but also relieved to know that if they have a great time with friends that means mom get's a relaxing vacation!! For anyone who wants their DD to speak with mine, just have them send a PM to me and I get the girls to respond.

I agree I'm excited that my girls have met some friends already..Both girls enjoy sending letters back and fourth I want to make sure we meet up as soon as we all can, so the kids can all meet get a chance to meet..

Relax, relax, relax!! That is what I have planned. We are not doing any excursions. I plan on trying to do more of the on board activities (wine tastings, tequila tastings, etc) and just hanging in a deck chair soaking up sun thinking of nothing of any importance. My kids liked going to shops in Nassau for the free jewelry and I may need to pick-up a rum cake or two. Castaway is more relaxation, either in a lawn chair or a float. I do have a massage planned the morning we are coming in to Nassau and DH and I are doing Palo brunch. I cannot wait!!

We are in 8046!!!! Awesome!!!! Just last night I booked the Ardastra Garden Tour..I was going to just hang out on the boat, but then I thought how often are we in the Bahamas..I plan to just relax on CC, no excursions...

I wish I knew which room we were in. When we booked...I just did oceanview and it gave me a gty...but still no word yet on where.

Do you have any kids going this time? Rum cake....mmmmmmmm We missed out on a lot on the last cruise we went on when we hit Nassau - we were there Christmas Day. I don't think it was the best planning on DCL's part. SOOOO this time, I'm getting my rum cake, conch fritters, and what's this stuff about free jewelry???

BTW, we are a deck below in 7172. It'll be the door decorated with all the magnets so I can find which one is mine after my daughter forces me to do karaoke and of course I had to have a few drinks first We have late dinner as well
