Okay guys....I hope you're ready to book your next sailing when we are all onboard in June! They always have specials, like 10% off and $100 on board credit....stuff like that. Disney just announced today that they will be adding the ports of Seattle, New York, and Galveston to itineraries beginning in September 2012!! They will also have a 15-day Hawaii itinerary. Being a Texan, I'm stoked about the Galveston itinerary - 7 days Western Caribbean (Grand Cayman, Costa Maya, and Cozumel). I know several others of you guys are in Texas as well but this itinerary is currently from September to mid-December 2012. Kind of a bummer with the kids being in school but they get a week off for Thanksgiving BUT DH works retail so...no Black Friday off for him He's saying we should go without the kids. Personally, I think they will kill us if we do!

I was interested in the Hawaii 15 day cruise, but I think it is during school. Bummer.

We are booked for dolphins at Atlantis (my DD has been asking me to go since I went on my mommy trip with girlfriends in 2009). After the dolphin swim, I think we will relax and/or tour Atlantis. I reserved a cabana on CC, and Remy dinner and Palo high tea (not sure if I want to do both). And a spa treatment for the day at sea.

It is going to be fabulous!!!!

I wish I knew which room we were in. When we booked...I just did oceanview and it gave me a gty...but still no word yet on where.

Us too. We have a 8C GTY room. No room yet. There are some on the May board that are now hearing the news. So maybe we wont be far behind .

That is what I booked today!! Of course that was AFTER I booked the Christmas one for $7900 Since, I suffered from sticker shock I decided to go with Thanksgiving ($5100). Even though I am hoping to book on board to get the perks

Thinking about doing Ardastra Gardens in Nassau and then heading over to Arawak Cay "Fish Fry" for some local cuisine and beer. Need to do more research. Has anyone read pros or cons to these two attractions?

I booked us for the Ardastra Gardens I think my girls will like it...Its at 12:45 -3:15..I figured it gave us some time in the morning to eat and swim before rushing off...Let me know if you do it

We may just grab a cab and go straight there in the morning. I have read jumping on Jitney #10 ($1.25) gets one there easier too. I think the admission is $15 per adult and $8 for kids.

I was having seconds thoughts about the Ardastra trip, we decided to stick with our original plan of just staying on the boat..We will probably just head over to the Straw Market and just relax the rest of the time

Do you have any kids going this time? Rum cake....mmmmmmmm We missed out on a lot on the last cruise we went on when we hit Nassau - we were there Christmas Day. I don't think it was the best planning on DCL's part. SOOOO this time, I'm getting my rum cake, conch fritters, and what's this stuff about free jewelry???

BTW, we are a deck below in 7172. It'll be the door decorated with all the magnets so I can find which one is mine after my daughter forces me to do karaoke and of course I had to have a few drinks first We have late dinner as well

We will have our DD (10 and 12) with us on the cruise. They are already in the process of making their new BFF's for the cruise so I know they are going to have a great time which automatically means I will have a great time. We received a bunch of fliers before we got off the boat in Nassau for jewelry stores you could go to and get a "free gift" with the flier. The were little trinkets but for my girls they thought it was great. I think I "splurged" an extra $10 to get matching earings to go with a silver pendant that had a light purple stone in it. I think you get more info if you attend a shopping seminar they have the day before.

Given what I've been reading about the pools, I am thinking this will be the best day (other than Castaway) to not be a pack of sardines in the pool - not that my kids care. Our past Wonder cruises that's what they looked like.

If you change your mind, your family is welcome to tag along with us. I am sure the girls will be seeing each other that morning so if you decide we could all just head over to Ardastra after spending some time in the straw market. It sounds like it is really easy to do on our own. DD12 would love it.

So, sounds like we have some karoake in line too! Did I read about some taste testing too? We did the martini tasting on our last magic cruise. We went with two other couples from the DIS and had a great time!! Anyone interested?

I know that alot of us are talking about our "plans" (or excursions). We are doing the Harbor cruise? Has anyone done this one??

I admit that I chose it because it starts really early (9:45 AM). This way we can get up have breakfast and head out so that we can get back to enjoy the pool and relax.

We are contemplating staying on board though, but I know that the kids will want to see something that we have not done before. (Especially the oldest one, the little one just likes to go.... anywhere)

I do really need to make sure that I get ahold of that color changing nail polish at "Del Sol" and maybe some "Free" jewelry that is offered sometimes through that book that you can get on board. Not sure if that is still the case now a days.

I did buy my swimsuit!!! It fits and it it looks decent on me and to top it off it was really a great affordable price

I also bought a new smaller compact Sony camera. I did not want to spend more that $100 bucks, but I think that I got what I was looking for . Still have some other items to get but I am thinking that May will be the month to get the rest done so that I can begin the staging and packing phase

Thanks for the offer I figured we will see what the day brings Karlee is soo looking forward to having a friend or 2 on this trip..It makes it more exciting for me and her When my girls are happy I'm happy

I would definetly be in on Karoke and wine tasting On our last cruise our family felt soo rushed by excursions and what not, that we didnt get to enjoy being on the WOnder..This time I really would like to take part in some of the family games..

I found this thread where someone scanned their navigators from a recent 4 day cruise.

It looks like family karoake is on the sea day at 6:45. I didn't look close enough to see if they had it any other day. Also on the sea day is

1:30 Wine Tasting
3:30 Martini tasting
and
6:45 Karoake

I would prefer to do the martini again. But I will do either. I think the cost was $25 a person, it was A LOT of fun. Everyone was engaged and really entertaining. I know that it does fill up so one would have to sign up the first or second day onboard.
