I am finally starting to see prices go down for air! Yes!! But still want to make the dates work our better for the air, some dates are better then others.
Ideally we would like to come in a few days ahead and do WDW, then cruise and fly out that Sat, but the rates for the 20th are still high and hoping it goes down.:)

What is everyone elses plan? I mean are any of you staying a few days before or after for WDW ,etc.?

We are driving down on Thursday(our first time driving) after DD's kindergarten graduation, we will spend the night somewhere on Thursday night, drive to the Radisson at the Port on Friday- spend night there. Cruise until the 20th, then drive to WDW- staying at Saratoga Springs until the following Friday. We are doing Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Blizzard Beach(our first time), and relaxing!!

We are just flying in the night before and staying POFQ. We are going to check out the new T-Rex. We already have had our flights changed from a previous trip that had to be cancelled. I don't want to pay another change fee or we may have came in a couple of days sooner.

We had planned to come in Friday however I found a really good flight deal for Thursday so we are coming in Thursday now and staying 2 nights at OKW and then we plan to fly home Saturday after the cruise but I can not find any good deals on that day...still waiting :thumbsup2 I figure Thursday we will go to Disney Quest (we haven't made it there in 5 trips) and Friday not sure maybe a waterpark or just relaxing around the resort and DTD. We will eat at T-rex sometime but not sure when and of course Wolfgang Puck Express at least once that is a new favorite of mine!!!

So which dining is everyone on? We are on main but I just a thead and starting to think about switching to late. :confused3

I am on late but wait listed for main. Why are you thinking about switching? I really want Zane to have dinner with me each evening but I remember from last cruise a lot of the good kids club evening activities start at the end of early seating.

It seems I would much prefer late seating. No rushing for dinner after ports.
We are on late seating. We usually eat around 6:30-7:30 so 5pm would be way to early but 8:30 would be too late. So I think I will leave it at late and then depending if we get 8p - I will see if I can change to the latest main seating once we board. Does that make sense?

Happy Birthday to me!!! It's weird but this birthday I am feeling really good. It has been quite a year and there is still some uncertainty about my job (we have layoffs in the next two weeks) but I feel good today!! :bday:

We are currently scheduled for early. We did late on our aniversary 3 night and liked it but thougt it would be better for the whole family to do early.

For anyone that has done late - did you not think it was a little odd doing the show first and then dinner:confused3

We are heading down to Tampa late Friday, pick up DGM and will drive over to the port Saturday AM. When we get in we will head to Tampa spend the night and drive home on Sunday.

Happy Birthday!!!!!!!!:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: Good luck with the job, we are supposed to hear something around the beginning of March.

We are on late seating- with waitlisted on early. We had 5:30 last cruise, and DH always felt we were rushed, especially on port days. I wouldn't mind getting 6:00- although he wants the late one.

Happy Birthday! We were born a day apart.. mine was yesterday!
We have late seating, but on the waitlist for early. We have done both in the past. We did not like late seating. Wait staff wasn't that good & it was WAY after 10:00 every night until we got out of dinner!:confused3 We did not like that at all.

party: party: :bday: :bday: party: party:

Thanks for all the replies. I think we will stay with main seating. I had forgotten about the evening activities for the kids.

I booked my Dolphin excursion today through Dolphin Discovery- I got a 1pm time slot for the encounter(that's the only one DD could do- because of her age) We only had to pay for 2 adults as kids under 7 are free(just had to pay the $5.50 park entrance)!!!!!!!!
