How did I not know there is going to be a Finding Dory?!? Thanks for that info! DD loved The Seas, and developed a crush on Nemo on our last trip -- so this is very exciting news!

BTW, I don't know what to say about the Disney haters. It's annoying...why anyone would judge what others choose to do on their free time, or where they choose to vacation, is beyond me.

I finally had time to catch up on the last couple of updates. I tried making notes so I'd remember what I wanted to comment on but I only have a few words written down "laundry", "Disney haters", "waffle" and "Mom pic". So, I guess that I'll comment on those.

I don't like doing laundry on vacation either but, at least at the CBR, the laundry facilities are located in lush green setting and not like at home.

Disney haters, UGH! Everybody always asks us why we go to Disney time and time again. Well, because we love it and for our family it's a great deal. We always see and do something new and get to repeat our favorites. And, for those who try to tell us that we need to do or see "something different", I tell them that we do when we go to Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, Arkansas, Missouri, etc. Disney is just our "main" vacation.

I'm not a big fan of waffles but the ones that they serve at Walt Disney World sure look tempting.

Thanks for posting the picture of your Mother. You can see the pure look of joy on her face and I know that it comforts you to see it. As you know, my mother travels with us a lot and I will always hold those memories dear to me.

You do have a point about the laundry being in a "lush"area... Way better than home for sure.

Well, I am glad I am not the only one who gets the disney haters. It makes me not even want to tell anyone when we go. Everyone has it in their mind that it's some $10,000 vacation ( which I guess it could be) but for our family, it just works.. The beach is fun and all but with two small kids, lugging everything to and from in the hot sun, the hot sand... The mountains are cold and a tourist trap. ( I know you have been to Gatlinburg TN)... Pay just one package price and you are good to go. Disney is just what works for us! ))

I know you will treasure the memories with your mom. I think that its so great she comes along. I also knew that I would never regret that trip with mine and I am so thankful that we went.

Life Update:

Well, as you know, I ended up not taking that job bc of the hours and me not willing to be away from my family that much and honestly, the pay sucked. LOL.

I interviewed with a staffing company back in September and they have been trying to place me but haven't had any luck. Well, the recruiter called me Monday and said that she had sent my resume over to a firm for a position they had open but the firm said they didn't want to interview me or that particular position but they had another position they thought I was more suitable for. They set me up an interview for Thursday morning ( yesterday)... I was SOOOO super nervous because I knew what a large and reputable firm they are. Two ladies came walking in and it was just an instant click. They were bubbly, happy.. Made me feel SOO SOO comfortable. I felt so great about the interview ( I should be a pro by now- 8 interviews since September)

I just knew that when I found the right job, It would feel right, I would just know and that was how I felt after the interview. It wasn't three hours later- the recruiter called me and said they called her and wanted to offer it to ME!! She also said that this was the first time this particular firm has called her back to make an offer in the same day!! OMMGGGGGGGGG!!!!!! Now, it is temp to hire ( 3 months) but my girl said that 9 times out of 10- this firm keeps you. I am SOOOOO thrilled. And you know what's weird? I have to do a background and all but she said I should be able to start Monday after next ( February 17th) Well, I lost my job on September 17. 5 months to the day! How crazy is that??!!!

I am so estatic for this oppurtunity and it looks like my little trip to Disney for the weekend in May with my sister might happen after all. EEEEKKKKK!!!

In other news, Laws the Boss has his first dance tonight and school. It is the sweetheart dance. Granted, he is only in Kindergarten but still, it's a big deal. LOL.

Awesome that you got the job and it "feels right". How cute about Lawson's Valentine's Dance. He will have a great time. I am sure he is the "cutie" of kindergarten. My DD Leah has her Valentine's Dance tonight also. She is in 2nd grade now and a pro at the "school dance" routine. She is going solo with daddy. I usually go because it is so cute but I had already signed up for one of those paint a picture and vino classes. After drinking wine for 3 hours I can't even imagine what my creation will look like Oh you will be so warm and fuzzy when you see your little man at the dance...it is sooooooo stinking cute. Enjoy!!
