55 BCV points for rent or transfer

I have 55 points (home resort BCV) for rent or transfer. They must be used by 7/31/05.

How much per point? Would you consider a partial or it is any and all?
I'm going this summer and am points challenged

very interested in Boardwalk - May 22-27 to use the whole 55 points, if there's a studio available with queen bed, sleeper soft and day bed ?
