So - we are finally booking a Disney Cruise!!!! :bday:

- we are doing the 4 night Bahama trip on the Disney Dream..TA said I should pick a restaurant to celebrate in...but we are not doing Palo or Remy. Which of the usual restaurants would you pick?
:cool1:

Royal Palace, since it's the most generic of the three and could use some livening up.

We are doing a 50th birthday celebration cruise on the Dream also...next year! First time cruisers so no real advice here but we are booking Palo for a celebration dinner!

Whichever MDR you are assigned is a terrific place for a birthday celebration!

Try a Palo brunch or dinner for your celebration, you wont be disappointed!!!

ETA- We did a 7 night cruise for my 50th, everyday and night was a celebration for me, just being on the ship made it one long party!!

Make yours a 4 night party!!!! :bday:

I'm puzzled. For regular dinner, you are assigned a restaurant rotation. You don't pick what restaurant you are going to eat at each night. As far as I know, you could ask for a rotation that has your pick on the night you want, but I don't think it's a guarantee that you'll get it. Do you know if that's what your TA was thinking?

I'll upvote suggestions for a Palo dinner. But I think all the regular MDR restaurants have their own charm so I'm sure any pick is great.

I celebrated my 50th on the Fantasy last year. Went to Palo for brunch. Just like other poster, you won't be disappointed. We were also celebrating our wedding anniversary. On two separate occasions, our servers in MD bought out celebration cakes.

i'll say that it doesn't matter. all of the MDR's are fine for dinner. there is no best rotation. this is something NOT to worry about.
