I have a question regarding two of the sph cabins. After looking at the pictures on the castaway club website I was wondering if the view obstruction was identical to one another? I am trying to decide between 5020 or 5520 but if the view is the same I guess it really doesn't make a difference. Or does it? Please help me make my final decision. Thanks in advance.

We were in 5520 on the Wonder. The view is different, but about the same amount obstructed.

My advice to you is don't waste too much time deciding between one or the other, or you just might end up losing both.

From what I understand, people in 5020 have the advantage of not being in the hot sun during the lifeboat drill prior to sailing.

We loved being on this part of the ship. It is very quiet, and not a lot of hall traffic!

clh2 - where was the lifeboat drill located for 5520?
We have 5520 booked for our first cruise. We didn't ask for a certain cabin, but requested a SPH room and were assigned to 5520. We are very excited to get this room.:sunny: Have a great cruise!!!

The lifeboat drill is on the deck on the 4rth floor. It definitely is in the sun, it definitely was hot out there, and we went the last week in October. It definitely took longer than it should have because too many people were just chatting about this and that.

While it seemed like it took an hour - it probably only took 10 or 15 minutes. My best recommendation is don't go out early, (but absolutely, don't go late) wear sunglasses or a visor if the sbright sun bothers you.

We loved 5520!
