1st Time Resale Buyer

This is our first time buying resale. We already 350 direct BC points and 50 direct VGF points. Looking at Bay Lake resale. I was wondering if anyone had any feedback using Fidelity Resales and if they had a preferred broker to use.

Nothing wrong with Fidelity, just double check the paperwork as they have a history of not always double checking their work like wrong UY or missing points and etc.

Also, buy based on the best contract, not the broker.

I have used Fidelity and thought they were great. Straight shooters. Just note they have a fee of $250 they add for buyers, and you can ask if the seller will pay it.
