OK, I have to tell you what happened with our recent trip. In November we were in CA for a stay at DL, and took a whole bunch of Photopass pictures there. In checking the Photopass website, the price for a DL Photopass CD is only $59.95. Anyway, in early December we had an extended family gathering at WDW, and tied everyone's Photopass cards into my account, so we could get a CD. According to the copyright release, you are allowed to make copies to share, as long as you do so for non-commercial purposes, so I planned to make copies to give to all the family groupings as Christmas gifts. The price for a WDW CD is $159.95. I called MS and received the $50 discount code ahead of time.
After our WDW trip, some of the family members, who happen to live near DL, went there to get some last minute pictures. So, when I went to order the CD, the first and last pictures -- 842 total -- were from DL, not WDW. I don't know if that's the reason or not, but the price came up as $59.95. With the $50 discount it was reduced to $9.95, plus $2 shipping -- so we received our order with two CD's (because there were so many pictures) for a total of $11.95!

And now that I've let that cat out of the bag, I suspect Disney might close up that loophole.
