Call back again. With all the new CM's, I'm never accepting the first answer I get on anything, from resort availability to things like the photopass. Call again and let us know.I just called MS to get my code for my trip beginning on Sunday and the MS team member assured me that this was a purchase in advance only offer and that this was a recent change with regards to using this code.
I'm 48 hours out. I need to know for sure. To begin with, he told me afterwards and when I pressed him that I was going to hold him accountable and he supposedly looked it up and told me that I had to buy it in advance and that this was a recent change.
Does anybody know for sure?
