Don't let those cookies bum you out. You had banked points, and that is what they are there for. I really try to eat most of my points each day. I do end up with banked points (usually) each week too, but I feel that I do better when I eat more towards the higher end of my points.
I bet you have an awesome WI on Tuesday, even with the cookies. It probably will just make your metabolism gain some momentum........but since you were still within your points you will loose!

Welcome! Congrats on sticking with the program even when you stalled. A lot of people slip up when they stall so early. Good job on sticking with it, it paid off!

Welcome! Your list of exercises wore me out! Congrat's on a fabulous job exercising! I really need to improve on that, and I really admire someone who get's the exercise added to their weight loss program right from the begining.
Whoo - hoo! Let's have an awesome week, with lots of losses. I will post later tonight after my Weight Watcher weigh-in. I think I did pretty well. I would say probably about 1.5 lbs this week! Keep up the good work everyone!
