5 Guests in 1 BR?

Hi - Can 2 Adults and 3 kids (Ages 5-10) stay in a 1 BR at BCV or WL or are they strictly limited to 4 guests?

Everything I read says they are strictly limited. I would plan out where everyone would sleep to make sure. The sofa beds really aren't that big or comfy for more than two.

I have been told that if a child is under 3, you are OK. However, I just wouldn't tell them.

Studio and 1BR villas have a stated occupancy of 4 plus a child under three in the provided pack-n-play crib. No additional beds or linens will be provided.

Disney will not count heads in the rooms and some have reported bringing an air mattress.
