5 days in December....which park should we do twice?

We (me, daughter 15, son 15) have a Dec trip planned for 12/18-12/23 which gives us 4 full days and one part day. We will likely need to be back to the resort by 4pm to catch the ME to the airport. With the new park hours in place, which park should we visit on our departure day? We'd originally planned for Epcot as we'd picked our days around MVMCP but now that it is canceled and with Epcot opening later, I don't want to use a full day ticket for only 3-4 hrs of magic. What's the best bang for our Magical buck on departure day????

Just my perspective, but....I'd use that day for AK. The park closes at 5 anyway, so it's not like you'd be losing very much park time if you left at 3:00 to get back to the resort for 4:00. ( I always budget for time waiting for the bus...). That's what I would do, but...I'm sure others will share their ideas too. No matter how you do it, have a great trip!

I would do either AK or MK on your last day. But definitely do 2 days at MK whenever you do them

It could very much depend on what the park hours are. If the late November announced hours continue into late December, then MK and AK with their 9:00 openings seem like your best bet, assuming of course that you can be there early and haven't a clear preference in attractions. (You haven't given us much of a hint about who else, if anyone, is travelling with you and their ages.) Personally, I'd probably go for HS, simply because there are more rides I want to ride there now, and I'd like the second chance to get a boarding group for Rise of the Resistance. (I haven't been there since Galaxy's Edge opened.)

I would definitely do MK. Lots of attractions, and then you get one last look at the castle on your way out.

I am also going in December and I am using my departure day for AK. There isn't much to see in AK for me anyway except for Flight f Passage and Safari.

What can’t you get enough of until your next time at Disney? For me it’s Epcot but I love the lands, the food is amazing where ever you go to eat, there are not a ton of rides I would do this on my leaving day. Two full days of MK and one full day of AK and DS.
