Price difference? Would one require significantly more travel? Have you been to either location before? Have you sailed on either ship before? i assume the one that goes to Key West includes Castaway Cay, one of my favorite places on Earth.

I haven’t been to Ensenada but Cabo is mostly about beaches and bars in my opinion. I would take my wife down there, but probably not my kids (when they were younger). If you have time pre or post cruise and you chose Baja, there are plenty of great attractions to see in San Diego - the zoo, Sea World, Wild Animal Park, Lego Land, Old Town, Hotel Del Coronado, etc. good luck in deciding.
It might be nice to try a Mexico cruise, as it's a place you haven't been before. Have you been on the Wonder since her dry-dock? Tianas is a really nice restaurant. But, the Magic is getting ready to have her dry dock and a new restaurant themed on Rapunzel, so that might be fun to see also.
I would probably choose the Bahamas cruise with Key West only because I have thought I might be interested in Key West, and travel for that cruise would likely be less expensive for me. Those are just personal reasons though so that may not help you. Choose what is more important to you and if that doesn't matter go with the less expensive option. .
I would choose Key West as that's a unique and otherwise hard-to-visit part of the U.S. I would also want the Atlantic itinerary as it will include a stop at Castaway Cay, which Baja will not.
