Lisa had a busy day today.

She and I ran 6 miles along the beach at 6:30 am with a group of friends. She ran because there were muffins at the end. I'm amazed what my kids will do for food.

From the run we went directly to the springs for a shake out dive of her new back plate and wing. The back plate is Alycia's old plate. It fits Lisa just fine. The pink webbing looks great.

From the dive we had lunch and then right to Sharon's office for the trip to gymnastics.

We had a great day.

Virgil, in everything that I read about the Kindle, I didn't catch that it plays audiobooks. I wish I could afford audiobooks, love them. But they are super expensive! Kindles aren't shipping for a month now, so I guess my present won't be early this year.

Alicia had a four day weekend, only worked about 10 hours, and still didn't catch up on the make-up work she had to do from being sick. Her time management skills have been slipping lately. Funny how that happens when there is a boyfriend.

At Claire's well visit in August, the ped. found blood in her urine. They retested in Oct. and found it again. She had an ultrasound yesterday & a mass was found on her kidney. The dr. is referring them to the Aflac Cancer Center here in ATL for further testing. Please keep them all in your prayers.

I can't tell you how much money I've saved Mike over the years by not spending it on jewelry, makeup, fancy clothes, spa treatments.

Same here ... although I did get my new wedding band for our 10 year anniversary. I always tell Bruce that he has a low-maintenance wife, unlike his twin brother's high maintenance wife that got $5000 curtains for their living room & bedroom last year for Christmas.
