EVERY cruise we have been on, we are ALWAYS the first to get our docs.....Don't know why. But......I'm not complaining. Nothing says "I'm going on a cruise", like a package of documents!

I'm ready to just lock the doors and leave. I've had so many jerks in here today, it's not funny. And they all want something done...yesterday!!
The last guy brought the crossmember bar for the tranny to an old Chevelle...he's modifying it. He hands me four pages of instructions and says "Tell your guys to read it, and if they have trouble, there's an 800 number to call". So I said "Did you read it? Can you maybe give me an idea of what they need to do?" He says he was told that "any idiot who knows how to weld" can do it. (No, LISA did not show up) So I told him that we don't work on cars, or parts, we do custom ornamental work.....in other words, go find some "idiot" to do it for you. He says "Just give it to your guys, they can figure it out. Oh..and I'm behind schedule, so can I pick it up later?"
When he DOES come back, I have a feeling he won't be picking it up, rather pulling it out.......
And don't start me on the fancy-dressed lady who couldn't figure out why I couldn't just drop everything and make her a curtain rod, 221" long, and an air return vent cover, rusted. She has guys at herr house RIGHT NOW who could install them! PUH-LEEZE!
Get me out of here!!!!
And no pretty color text with the Treo...but at least it's working now.
AND....I'll be the last to get docs....I always am....Pony Express, you know!
