Know what you mean!! I LOVE  spring time. Makes one give way to ideas of playing hooky!!

Navigator reminder:

If we are going to have an organized activity (group photo, wine party, etc.) we need to decide this week to make it in the navigator. I hate to sound like a nag, but the deadline is this Sunday. I plan on starting to print the navigators next week.

So if we want to do something organized someone needs to step up and organize and pick a date and time.

Public service message over.

The group picture would be fairly easy. It should be on a sea day, mid day or so when nothing else of major importance is going on. Is there any idea what might be happening on Thursday, June 1?

This is REALLY cool. (and funny at times to boot--you know me, I don't like seriousness for long periods of time!)

btw, click on "lyrics" if you need some help! :)

Karen - way to get my energy flowing this morning. Thanks for the kick-start. It was cool to see the pictures that went along with the song.

Now I have to go to the doctor. Mammogram shhhhh!!!

Have a great day everyone. See ya around lunchtime.

I MESSED UP!!

Just got off the phone with Valerie and I counted wrong when I gave her the spreadsheet. I counted 2 extra kids mediums instead of 2 Adult Mediums. We are now 2 adult medium shirts shorts. She has ordered them, but they won't be here until Thursday. By the time they get them printed, it looks like it will now be Monday before she will ship everything. The bags haven't been printed yet, because they have been experimenting with the puff print and how dimensional they want it. Those will be ready to go, so when they get the 2 adult medium shirts in and printed everything will be ready.

Terribly sorry that I can't count right!!

Hi Everyone!

Sorry I haven't been posting for the past month or so. Things have been "busy" and spring is here so that increases the "chore" list! I was able to get a trip in to SC and visit my sister, which was grand.

We are pulling out the suitcases and have been packing some...wow! Only 3 more weeks left???!!!

I have to find that Safe Sea link fast now! I almost forgot about that. Also, I was in Walgreen's Pharmacy the other day and thought of you as I saw a post about Bullfrog sun screen.

Hope you are all well and Welcome to any new posters!!!

BTW, with all the talk about Banfi, we found some and tried it with some chocolates at my SIL's...very good! Thank you for the suggestions.

Take care and I can't wait to meet all of you!!!!

I love thunderstorms.....esp. with lightening shows...always have - wonder why - but there is nothing better than sitting and watching the clouds roll in...Of course, our summer storms are normaly "safe" although we do have tragic lightening strikes at time. Katrina - hurricanes, another matter indeed...'

For those with kids scared of thunder - how are they with fireworks????

I also love thunderstorms. To me, the sky is beautiful when it is the dark grey right before the storm. Of course, I also love a bright blue sky too! As far as fireworks, Andrew hasn't seen a lot of those due to his age. Our last trip to WDW, I was still preggie with him. And as far as July 4th goes, he has gone, but he was so young, it didn't seem to bother him. We will have to see how he does this year, assuming there is a big display by one of the cities. Normally the casinos and cities combined forces to put on an awesome display. So, we'll see if they are up to the task this year!

Poor thing! I can only imagine how the hurricane must terrify young kids (hey, Andrew scared the life out of me, and I was an adult!) - no doubt any storm will remind him of it for a while. Big :grouphug: for you both!

Thanks!

And if it's anything like at my house, you're cramming school in so there's less to do when you get home. :)

Thanks for posting. I was starting to worry about you. Thought either we chased you away or you danced your way right off the face of the earth!!!

Think, in just a few short weeks there will be "nothing" to do!!!! :) Ahhhhh....

I hear you...if all goes well, we are scheduled to finish by cruise-time! :woohoo: Then I get to start next year's reading this summer... :teacher: Oh well, at least that way I'm always "ahead"! :lmao:

Guess what I'm listening to now??? It is a gloomy day and I'm getting ready to read some essays... :surfweb:

BTW, awhile back did I skim something about a group cookbook?

Talk with all of you later!!!

susan

Love those meet pictures! Stacey, glad you found a good shopping buddy, somebody close by.

And I think the Scubas/Chip&Dales must have been having a GREAT time! Matt usually doesn't smile like that unless there's a large plate of food in front of him.

Ok, it's official. We broke down and bought some multi-day, non-expiring park passes. Decided to blow our tax refund on this trip! We will be in the parks on May 23. The plan is to hit AK early, get as many rides on EE as we can, maybe do the Safari, have lunch. Take an afternoon break, then head to Epcot since it's a late night there. We're having dinner at Les Chefs at 6:30. I think Kevin hopes to take some pictures of Illuminations. Anyone else going to be around that day?
