Hi guys! Wow..the Boards are slow!!

Back from my day with Sherry. What fun! I found a shopping buddy!! We even looked at the Keen sandals that I just bought for the cruise...she likes them, too. And she found me a top to wear with the skirt I want to wear to Palo. Whoo hoo!

We had Mexican food for lunch, to get us "in the mood" for the cruise.

Long day, and we had the two teen girls with us. I think Sherry's glad she has boys.

I sent a picture to Mary, so when she gets time, I'm sure she'll post it on her site.

Going to go put my feet up for a while. I need to go back to work, this shopping is killing me! And my checkbook.

BTW, for all you moms with 11 year old girls, the Medium Kids shirt will be great. The large would have been way too big. The medium is still a little big, but I am sure it will shrink some.

Virgil knows more than I do, since he just went. But I think I'll just outline it for everyone.

It used to be, you'd get a mailing with little booklets for each person travelling. In each booklet would be all the forms needed for the cruise, some very tiny worded pages of info, and the luggage tags.

Now, they've kind of streamlined it, you get one booklet along with only the forms actually needed for each person, where before a lot of the forms in the booklets were only needed one per party and were duplicious.

Yep - You do get a Bahamas immigration form - but just one booklet now. You also get a bunch of excursion info too....

AHHHH.....I didn't realize they CHANGED the Vanilla Coke TO Black Cherry Coke. I thought they just ADDED Vanilla Coke.
Can you just take a regular coke and add a shot of vanilla flavoring (aka latte flavoring)????

I myself would add vanilla rum.

Hmm, yet another post with alcohol for me. Maybe i need to go to that friends of bill w's mtg.

I actually only have alcohol once or twice a week, if even that much.

Sounds like you had a great time. The picture is up on the site (all the way at the bottom). Is it any wonder I call Stacey the DIS ambassador - she's always up for a mini-meet!

The first place we stopped at, she got two new swimsuits. I made the mistake of not even looking at the price tag. Got to checkout, and the gal says "$196.00" I just about fainted!

$196 for 2 swimsuits!!??!! I would have laughed in the salesclerk's face! And then handed the suits back. Of course, my daughter is only 7. I dread the day she realizes that there are places like Limited too, etc. and not just let me buy things from Target!
