We are diving with Jupiter Dive Charters . the dives off West Palm and most of the gold coast are drift dives. Yes, there is current. But you drift with it carrying a surface buoy so the boat knows where you are. When the dive is done you surface and boat is right there ready to pick you up. VERY easy dives!! Even Scoopie thinks so......

Guess I should have read this before I posted........we were diving a wreck and wanted to "stop" and see stuff-----not that day........that is why there is a Next Time.....

Hi all,

Just stopping in and saying HI. Finished my lunch now it's time to get back to the grind.

Hey, I have one of those houses, too. Not dirty, just messy sometimes. I have a neighbor that is obsessed with cleanliness, she reminds me of my mother - that's scary!! I feel that there are more things in life than a super clean house. Like DISing for sure. But dinner is on the table each night and the kids are clean for the most part.

OK, enough chatting back to work.

If anyone has any other recipes to submit let me know.. I have received a few not counting the ones I am putting in...let's say the deadline would be 4/28. That will give me time to try some of them and format them and then get them emailed to everyone prior to the cruise...

So, are you going to let us know which ones you try? And of course, your opinion.

I believe that is what I am going to do, depending on how many I can try prior to publication....

Some of y'all make me feel so bad. You obviously keep such nice and neat houses! I wish I had your dedication and cleaned during the week, insted of just straightening up. I am famous for moving every paper, book, whatever, from every other room and just dropping it in my office, which is already full of girl scout cookies! When I get home tonight I should take a pic to show you, but I don't want you thinking that bad of me! :teeth:

Reoccuring theme around here...(except for the GS cookies - those have already been consumed - Our delivery was in February...Are you the cookie mom?)

A month or so ago, we DIS'ers of the not-so perfect showcase homes decided clean=boring dull lives and cluttered=exciting lives... :lmao:

So, here's to clutter and an exciting life!!

AMEN!!! And yes, I'm the brownie 1 leader. Want some cookies? I can bring them with me! :teeth:

I have more - I will try to get them to you....Irene

Hi all - tried to post from the ship - but the lousy internet service foiled me. Not sure what the problem was - but it was taking minutes to download pages.... Never could get on the wireless - no signal....

We've had a great time so far....

The weather was wonderful - a little windy on CC - all excursions cancelled -= but we didn't have any planned - warm and sunny was the key...

Ate at Palo last night - great as usual - Had Gnocchi Fiorentine - absolutely wonderful - and yes I did not have the Filet (for those who know me). Frances had seafood Tortellini - it was wonderful.... and of course the chocolate souffle - out of this world. 2 nice bottle of wine - 1 from the wine package - and then my partner sent another over - Something we'll need to try on the 7 day.... It was a nice Super Tuscan Style.... Cab/Merlot blend... Frances saved enough of her Banfi for the souffle....

Trying to wade through the pages.....

Be back later...

I wish DCL would have Bananas Foster. We had it prepared at our table on the Norwegian cruise, it was to die for! We also had chocolate fondue that night....yummm.......and then we rolled back to our room! :rotfl:

They have a new banana dessert - that is supposed to be flambeed at the table - mine just came warmed up - .... It was good though!

A T.O.P. with DCL, Stacey, and dessert!!

Sorry to disappoint, but a cook, I am not! So therefore no recipes for me! LOL

Virgil! I am so jealous! I am glad you are having a great time! Enjoy the rest of your trip!

I think not!!!

You don't need the paperwork, just her social security #. You can actually try checking the status online first. Here's the website.

http://travel.state.gov/passport/get/status/status_2567.html

If you're not satisfied with that status that the website gives you, then call the toll free # that is displayed. They'll be able to give you more up-to-date info.

My application was the only one that actually showed when it was actually mailed. The rest of them only showed the estimated date that we'd receive them. We did get all of them within a few days of that.

Hope that helps.

Ang, you're AWESOME! Thanks so much for that! Looks like we should be getting it "on or about April 23." Uh, that's a Sunday, so I doubt the post office will make a special delivery just for that, but it still gives us PLENTY of time before our trip!

Thanks so much!!!!!

Think I'll sign on off & shut down the computer for a little bit. There's pretty close lightening strikes going on.

Hey, Jim and Irene, don't you guys SLEEP? I can see Jim at dinner tonight, nodding in his entree.

Today is our hectic day after school. Pick DD up, feed her, take her to the studio, don't forget the tap and pointe shoes. Oh, and the tutu to practice with for recital.

On Thursdays, we have to go to the Vietnamese cafe with the Boba Tea place next door. Anyone else have a kid that likes bobas? They are interesting, slushy drinks in different flavors with big tapioca pearls in them. I think they sell them now in the counter service place in China at Epcot. But I'm told those aren't as good.

Irene, where did you dive with the heavy current? Kevin & Alicia have a dive planned for Thursday before the cruise, off the coast near Boyton Beach (I think).

Ive seen them called bubble tea before but not boba tea??
